摘 要
進入21世紀(jì)以來，當(dāng)今世界已是一個以計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和知識經(jīng)濟為核心的信息時代，數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化和信息化的世界。它改變了社會的生產(chǎn)方式、人們的生活方式，同時也改變著傳統(tǒng)的管理方式。本文通過對現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開放教育的學(xué)習(xí)，對遠(yuǎn)程教育的概念，特征和意義作了闡述。也簡述了國外和我國大學(xué)的遠(yuǎn)程教育的基本模式 。再詳細(xì)地對西南科技大學(xué)的遠(yuǎn)程教育模式進行了介紹和分析，并對其教育模式提出了幾點要行的創(chuàng)新建議。

ABSTRACT
Since entering 21st century, our times has already been an information age taking computer , network and kownledge economy as the core, digitization , networked and informationalized world. He has changed the mode of production of the society, people's life style, changes the traditional management style at the same time .This text passes to open an educational study to the modern long range, making to elaborate to the long range educational concept, characteristic and meaning.Also Chien said the long range of abroad and our country university to educate of basic mode. In detail educated mode to carry on introduction and analyze to the long range of southwest science and technology university again, and as to it's educated mode to put forward what time want the creative suggestion for going.
