摘要 本課題設(shè)計是基于可編程控制器S7-200和組態(tài)軟件構(gòu)建實(shí)時環(huán)境監(jiān)控系 統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對豬舍環(huán)境(溫度、濕度、光照、硫化氫、CO2、氨氣等)監(jiān)控與調(diào)節(jié),使管理人員可以實(shí)時掌控豬舍內(nèi)環(huán)境。
系統(tǒng)采用分級控制的設(shè)計思想,系統(tǒng)由上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)構(gòu)成。下位機(jī)主要完成豬舍環(huán)境參數(shù)的采集與處理,通過數(shù)據(jù)線將數(shù)據(jù)傳至上位機(jī)。上位機(jī)可以設(shè)定豬舍環(huán)境參數(shù),實(shí)時查詢各種工作狀態(tài),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)豬舍環(huán)境的分級控制。
采用上位機(jī)和下位機(jī)的分級控制與監(jiān)控,大大加強(qiáng)了系統(tǒng)的靈活性,簡化了系統(tǒng)的布線,而且方便增減傳感器的個數(shù)和種類,系統(tǒng)易于擴(kuò)展、升級。
本文完成了整個系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種可應(yīng)用于豬舍的智能環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。此豬舍環(huán)境參數(shù)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)不僅可以改善豬舍環(huán)境,提高豬產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率和豬肉品質(zhì),而且可以節(jié)約資源和成本。通過本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計使我國生豬養(yǎng)殖業(yè)朝著規(guī)?;?、環(huán)保化和集約化方向發(fā)展。

Design of the System for Piggery Environmental Monitoring and Control
Abstract Based on the S7-200 programmable controller and configuration software,his topic is designed to build a real-time environment monitoring system,to monitor and adjust the piggery environment (temperature、humidity、light、H2S、CO2 and so on).By this way, managers can control environment in piggery in time.
The system adopts the design philosophy of hierarchical control system. It consists of upper machine and lower machine. Lower machine mainly complete the acquisition and processing of piggery environmental parameter,and data can be transmitted to the upper machine through the line. Upper machine can set environmental parameters of the piggery,which can query various working status in time,so that we can realize hierarchical control.
Hierarchical control can enhance the flexibility of the system,and simplify the wiring system. At the same time,it is convenient to change the number of sensors and variety, so the system is extensible and can upgrade easily.
This paper completes the software and hardware design of the whole system,and realizes a kind of intelligent environment monitoring system ,which can be used in piggery .The system can not only improve the quality of farm environment, but also improve the efficiency of pig production,and pork quality, as well as save resources and costs. Through the design of this system,it can improve the environment of pig and feeder,the quality of pork products can be improved as well. By this way, it can make our country towards to the scale environmental protection and intensive pig farming.

Design of the System for Piggery Environmental Monitoring and Control
Abstract Based on the S7-200 programmable controller and configuration software,his topic is designed to build a real-time environment monitoring system,to monitor and adjust the piggery environment (temperature、humidity、light、H2S、CO2 and so on).By this way, managers can control environment in piggery in time.
