摘要 近幾年,隨著GPRS技術日漸成熟,PLC功能的不斷擴展和更新,PLC和GPRS技術已普遍地融合于各個行業(yè)中。我國是水產養(yǎng)殖大國,養(yǎng)殖業(yè)正受到各界人士越來越多的關注。所以研究出一個無線遠程監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對養(yǎng)殖業(yè)來說很有必要,這可以實現(xiàn)對水質參數(shù)實時、連續(xù)和穩(wěn)定的監(jiān)測,使養(yǎng)殖戶全面地了解養(yǎng)殖水環(huán)境的狀況,從而可以從根本上改善水產養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的生產管理。
為了促進我國水產養(yǎng)殖的發(fā)展,本文提出了一個基于GPRS的遠程多參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了對溫度和溶氧量這兩個水質參數(shù)的實時監(jiān)測。該系統(tǒng)選用S7-200 PLC(CPU226)作為終端的核心處理器,配有EM235模塊實現(xiàn)模擬量的輸入輸出和TD400C實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場的人機交互,通過自由口方式與GPRS模塊進行連接實現(xiàn)了與上位機之間數(shù)據(jù)的遠距離傳送;PLC編程實現(xiàn)溶解氧的閉環(huán)控制,對增氧泵的調速通過變頻器實現(xiàn)。上位機與遠程控制端的遠程通信用VB編寫。該系統(tǒng)給出了傳感器調理電路的相關設計,實現(xiàn)了對溫度、溶氧量的采集。文中還闡述了GPRS的通信原理和軟硬件設計。
本文分別就基于GPRS無線通信多參數(shù)測量系統(tǒng)的工作原理,溫度、溶氧量傳感器的選型、PLC配置、軟件程序設計等幾方面進行闡述。在實際測試中,結果表明系統(tǒng)具有較高的穩(wěn)定性和便捷性,能夠實現(xiàn)水質參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)的遠程無線傳輸。PLC技術與GPRS技術的完美結合使遠程測量成為了現(xiàn)實,它解決了遠程測量存在的一些問題,而兩者的結合除了帶來了技術上的革命,也帶來了客觀的經濟效益,具有良好的發(fā)展前景。

The Remote Multi-parameter Measurement System
Based on GPRS
Abstract In recent years, GPRS technology is gradually mature and the programmable controller (PLC) continues to expand and improve the function, the combination of PLC and GPRS technology has been applied more and more widely in various industry. China is a big country of aquaculture, so a wireless remote monitoring system is necessary to the breeding, because it can realize the real-time, continuous and stable monitoring of the water quality parameters, and also make the farmers fully understand the condition of aquaculture water environment, so they can fundamentally improve the production management of and the aquaculture. It helps people to master the real-time water environment parameters and the remote control of them and it is conducive to the improvement of aquaculture environment.
In order to promote the development of aquaculture in China ,this paper presents a remote multi-parameter measurement system based on the GPRS. The system realizes the real-time monitoring of water quality parameters, such as the temperature and the amount of dissolved oxygen. The system selects S7-200 PLC (CPU226) as control terminal with EM235 module for analog input and output and TD400C for human-computer interaction. PLC through the way of free port connects to GPRS module for data transmission between the upper computer and the control terminal. Loop control of dissolved oxygen realizes by PLC program. It adjusts the speed of the oxygen pump through Variable-frequency Drive. The remote communication between upper computer and remote control terminal is written with VB. The system presents the design of sensor conditioning circuit, and it realizes the acquisition the temperature, the amount of dissolved oxygen. This paper also gives the communication principle of GPRS communication module and the design of software and hardware of it.
The paper introduces multi-parameter measurement system based on GPRS wireless communication including working principle, temperature and dissolved oxygen sensor, PLC configuration, software design and so on.In the actual test, the result shows that the system has high stability and convenience and it can realize remote wireless transmission of the data water quality parameters. The perfect combination of PLC technology and GPRS technology makes the remote measurement become a reality. It solves the various problems of the remote measurement, and the combination of the two brings the technology revolution, also brings the objective economic benefits. The system has good prospects for development.
