摘 要
監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控技術(shù)是一門包括多學(xué)科知識(shí)、融合高技術(shù)特點(diǎn)、技術(shù)性與工程性都很強(qiáng)的研究領(lǐng)域。它隨著我國(guó)電信事業(yè)的高速發(fā)展，對(duì)通信設(shè)備的維護(hù)管理提出了高質(zhì)量的要求，傳統(tǒng)方式的分散維護(hù)和監(jiān)控方式浪費(fèi)人力物力，可靠性較差。通信設(shè)備的高質(zhì)量維護(hù)管理和維護(hù)人員的素質(zhì)、數(shù)量之間的矛盾日益突出，因此環(huán)境集中監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生.其目的是為了提高設(shè)備的維護(hù)管理質(zhì)量，降低系統(tǒng)維護(hù)成本，提高整體的工作效率。
論文中首先介紹了程控交換機(jī)房環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的意義和國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，討論了這種系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了機(jī)房環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)終端的功能要求和硬件總體方案，以及整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的通信組網(wǎng)方案。然后介紹了傳感變送單元(SENS)、數(shù)據(jù)采集單元(DAC)、通信單元(COM)及數(shù)據(jù)顯示單元等部分的設(shè)計(jì)思路和具體電路。最后簡(jiǎn)要介紹了機(jī)房環(huán)境監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的幾個(gè)主要元件的工作原理和方式，并針對(duì)本機(jī)房環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的一些問(wèn)題，指出了本設(shè)計(jì)中需要進(jìn)一步完善的問(wèn)題和內(nèi)容。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, firstly, introduces the background and domestic situation of the program - controlled switch rooms, and discusses the features of the room environmental monitoring system , the overall structure 、 function、features and advancements of the paper. Then it introduces the design principle of sensor transmission unit ((SENS) and room data acquisition unit (DAC), and design ideas of the room environmental monitoring system`s communication module (COM), communication groupping programs of communication network. Finally, it introduces the overall design program and the principle and means of several major components , in respect of the problems of the control room environment monitoring information systems , point out further improved problems and contents.
