[摘要]：本文介紹了一個基于WEB的現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)平臺，詳細(xì)說明了該系統(tǒng)平臺實現(xiàn)的功能、模塊、結(jié)構(gòu)和組成，并分析了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外遠(yuǎn)程教育的發(fā)展趨勢，闡述了遠(yuǎn)程教育所需要的技術(shù)支持，以及本系統(tǒng)平臺的優(yōu)勢和特點。該系統(tǒng)是以WINDOWS 2000 SEVER為操作平臺，編程語言采用php-4.3.4-Win32Php4.0，數(shù)據(jù)庫采用Mysql,服務(wù)器采用apache_2.0.48-win32-x86-no_ssl.msi。系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了如下功能：用戶在線注冊、試卷模型、在線視頻點播、在線課件演示、文檔資料上傳、留言板。
