摘要:為提高供電可靠性,使用戶可以從兩個方向獲得電源,通常將供電網連接成環(huán)形。這種供電方式簡稱為環(huán)網供電。在工礦企業(yè)、住宅小區(qū)、港口和高層建筑等交流10KV配電系統(tǒng)中,因負載容不大,其高壓回路通常采用負荷開關或真空接觸器控制,并配有高壓熔斷器保護。該系統(tǒng)通常采用環(huán)形網供電,所使用高壓開關柜一般習慣上稱為環(huán)網柜。環(huán)網柜除了向本配電所供電外,其高壓母線還要通過環(huán)形供電網的穿越電流(即經本配電所母線向相鄰配電所供電的電流),因此環(huán)網柜的高壓母線截面要根據本配電所的負荷電流于環(huán)網穿越電流之和選擇,以保證運行中高壓母線不過負荷運行。目前環(huán)形柜產品種類很多,如HK-10、MKH-10、8DH-10、XGN-15和SM6系列。
環(huán)網柜出現(xiàn)的時間不算長,但近年以來卻得到了廣泛的使用,這主要是由于新發(fā)展起來的工業(yè)企業(yè)和事業(yè)單位的建筑物,從供配電的角度來看,以中,小型容量為大多數其配電變壓器一般不超過1250KVA,長期穩(wěn)定供電,高壓開關不頻繁操作。對于這類用戶,環(huán)網柜的性能雖不是最完美的,但卻是足夠的,可以勝任的。隨著大規(guī)模的城市建設,大量大型高層建筑物拔地而起,變配電所往往就設在樓下,根據消防要求,變配電設備必須“無油化”,根據建設面積的合理使用,變 配電設備應該“小型化”,于是環(huán)網柜或真空斷路器,干式變壓器,干式互感器就進入了幢幢大樓。環(huán)網柜結構簡單,運行可靠且安全,維修量很小,運行費用低,比起裝有斷路器的開關柜,優(yōu)勢很突出。環(huán)網柜要求負荷開關具有更高的性能和更小的體積,新型的負荷開關應運而生,這又反過來帶動了環(huán)網柜的技術進步,當今 的環(huán)網柜不但性能優(yōu)良而且系列化了,這更擴展了環(huán)網柜的使用范圍。
