摘要 隨著全球范圍內(nèi)的能源危機(jī)與環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,汽車(chē)節(jié)能與環(huán)保性能得到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注,世界各國(guó)和各大汽車(chē)廠商無(wú)不投入巨資進(jìn)行混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)的研究?;旌蟿?dòng)力汽車(chē)融合傳統(tǒng)汽車(chē)和電動(dòng)汽車(chē)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有能源利用率高、能源多樣性、環(huán)保等優(yōu)點(diǎn),成為解決節(jié)能與環(huán)保切實(shí)可行的辦法。輔助功率單元是混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)節(jié)能減排的關(guān)鍵部件,而永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)又是其核心組件。因此,本文將從混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)的要求出發(fā),圍繞并聯(lián)式混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)用永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)展開(kāi)。
首先在緒論部分,分析研究永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)的背景、目的及意義,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,稀土永磁同步電機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)勢(shì),明確論文所做的內(nèi)容,進(jìn)一步明確稀土永磁同步電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性。
接著介紹了混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)的分類(lèi)及各類(lèi)混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē)的工作特點(diǎn)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作方式、工作模式和工作原理。然后通過(guò)各類(lèi)汽車(chē)的代表介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)組成和工作過(guò)程,初步了解了混合動(dòng)力汽車(chē),最后對(duì)比三種結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了選型。
其次介紹分析了轉(zhuǎn)子的幾種結(jié)構(gòu)及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),永磁材料的特性和分類(lèi),以及各材料的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。再通過(guò)計(jì)算公式及經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,估算出電機(jī)的初步設(shè)計(jì)尺寸和確定永磁體材料。
再次本文主要設(shè)計(jì)了10kW永磁同步發(fā)電機(jī)用于啟動(dòng)發(fā)電,介紹了ansoft maxwell軟件的穩(wěn)態(tài)和瞬態(tài)的操作步驟。其中還研究了電機(jī)的槽型、定子繞組排列、內(nèi)置徑向式轉(zhuǎn)子、電機(jī)二維模型、磁密云圖。
最后分析電機(jī)永磁體尺寸、氣隙尺寸、銅導(dǎo)線線徑與每槽導(dǎo)體數(shù)分別對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)及電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出功率、效率及其他性能的影響,得出優(yōu)化的結(jié)果。然后仿真得出了電機(jī)在瞬態(tài)空載以及瞬態(tài)負(fù)載情況下的轉(zhuǎn)矩、反電勢(shì)、磁鏈等曲線圖以及在運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)下的磁力線、磁通、磁密云圖等。

Design of permanent magnet synchronous motor for parallel hybrid electric vehicle
Abstract With the energy crisis and environmental problems of the world are becoming more and more serious, the automobile energy saving and environmental protection performance has gained more and more attention, all the countries in the world and the major automobile manufacturers have invested heavily in hybrid electric vehicle. The advantages of hybrid fusion of traditional cars and electric vehicles, has the advantages of high energy utilization, energy diversity, environmental protection and other advantages, become solve the feasible measures of energy saving and environmental protection. Auxiliary power unit is the key part of hybrid electric vehicle energy saving and emission reduction, and the permanent magnet synchronous generator is the core component. Therefore, this paper will start from the requirements of hybrid vehicle generator, the parallel hybrid electric vehicle is started with the design of permanent magnet synchronous generator.
In the first part, the background, purpose and significance analysis of permanent magnet synchronous generator, current status of research on permanent magnet synchronous generator at home and abroad, the current situation and advantages of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, clear the content, to further clarify the rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor design necessity.
Then introduced the hybrid vehicle classification and various hybrid vehicle characteristics, basic structure, working mode, working mode and working principle. And then through the representative of all kinds of automobile and introduces the structure and working process, a preliminary understanding of the hybrid electric vehicle, the advantages and disadvantages of comparison of three kinds of structure are selection.
Secondly, analyzes several structure of rotor and its advantages and disadvantages, the classification and characteristics of the permanent magnetic materials, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various materials. Through the calculation formula and empirical formula, estimate the size of the motor preliminary design and determine permanent magnet material.
Thirdly, this paper mainly designs 10kW permanent magnet synchronous generator what is used to start the generator,introduces the operation steps of the steady-state and transient ansoft maxwell software. It also observed the groove, the motor stator winding arrangement, built-in radial rotor, motor, magnetic clouds map of two-dimensional model.
Finally, analysis of motor permanent magnet size, air gap size, copper wire of diameter and conductor per slot respectively, the output power of generator and motor efficiency and other properties, we get the optimum results. Then the simulation the motor load torque, in the case of transient and transient EMF, flux curve and in the state of motion under the magnetic field lines, magnetic flux, magnetic cloud chart.

Design of permanent magnet synchronous motor for parallel hybrid electric vehicle
Abstract With the energy crisis and environmental problems of the world are becoming more and more serious, the automobile energy saving and environmental protection performance has gained more and more attention, all the countries in the world and the major automobile manufacturers have invested heavily in hybrid electric vehicle. The advantages of hybrid fusion of traditional cars and electric vehicles, has the advantages of high energy utilization, energy diversity, environmental protection and other advantages, become solve the feasible measures of energy saving and environmental protection. Auxiliary power unit is the key part of hybrid electric vehicle energy saving and emission reduction, and the permanent magnet synchronous generator is the core component. Therefore, this paper will start from the requirements of hybrid vehicle generator, the parallel hybrid electric vehicle is started with the design of permanent magnet synchronous generator.
In the first part, the background, purpose and significance analysis of permanent magnet synchronous generator, current status of research on permanent magnet synchronous generator at home and abroad, the current situation and advantages of rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor, clear the content, to further clarify the rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor design necessity.
Then introduced the hybrid vehicle classification and various hybrid vehicle characteristics, basic structure, working mode, working mode and working principle.
