【摘要】2008年美國(guó)金融危機(jī)之后，各國(guó)的銀行業(yè)都遭受了巨大的損失，這也導(dǎo)致了對(duì)銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的關(guān)注程度不斷提高。因此，研究銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)傳染及其控制具有重要的意義。
本文首先歸納了銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的研究現(xiàn)狀，分析了銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的定義、特征以及形成原因。然后運(yùn)用銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)測(cè)度的方法——方法對(duì)我國(guó)上市銀行的系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，計(jì)算各個(gè)銀行和銀行業(yè)整體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溢出效應(yīng)及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)溢出強(qiáng)度，實(shí)證結(jié)果表明系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的傳染具有雙向性且國(guó)有銀行的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力比較強(qiáng)。最后結(jié)合美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)對(duì)中國(guó)銀行業(yè)的影響，從建立預(yù)警機(jī)制、健全監(jiān)管體系、提升處理能力三個(gè)方面提出防范和控制銀行系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)積聚與傳染的對(duì)策建議。

【Abstract】In 2008 after the American financial crisis,the countries banking industry suffered a great loss and bank systemic risk has attracted more and more attention.Therefore,the study on bank systemic risk infection and its control measures is very important.
First,summarized research status on bank systemic risk,then analysis the definition,characteristics and formation mechanism of bank systemic risk.Then,using the method on measuring bank systemic risk—— method on Chinalisted banks empirical analysis of systemic risk,then calculated the and ,the empirical results show that bank systemic risk infection is bidirectional and the state-owned commercial bank's control risk is better. Finally, combined impact of the American subprime crisis on China's banking sector and made suggestions from improving the monitoring early warning system,perfecting supervision system and enhancing response disposal ability these three parts.
