摘要 城市道路通行能力是城市道路交通建設一項基礎性工作，主要用于確定道路建設的合理規(guī)模和合理建設模式，還可用于為城市道路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃，工程可行性研究，城市道路設計，道路建成后評估等方面提供科學的理論依據(jù)。本文討論了城市道路通行能力的基本涵義，介紹國內道路通行能力的研究現(xiàn)狀，闡述了我國城市道路的交通現(xiàn)狀，分析了城市道路通行能力影響因素，在此基礎上提出提高城市道路通行能力的方法。論文首先給出我國城市道路的分類，其次對通行能力進行了論述并給出我國城市道路設計通行能力和服務水平的分級，然后主要從了道路條件，交通條件，交通管理控制條件，氣候環(huán)境條件，這五個方面對城市道路通行能力的影響進行分析，最后結合鎮(zhèn)江市學府路的實際情況，通過對通行能力的調查，從道路條件，交通條件以及交通管理條件對影響鎮(zhèn)江市學府路通行能力的主要因素進行分析，并提出了相應的改進措施。

Research on influence factors of urban road capacity
Abstract Urban road capacity is the infrastructure work of an urban road traffic construction ,It is primarily used to determine a reasonable scale road construction and reasonable construction mode, it can also be used to provide a scientific basis for engineering feasibility studies , urban road design , road after the completion of assessment and other aspects for the urban road network planning.This article discusses the basic meaning of urban road capacity , the status quo of domestic road capacity study , describes the current situation of urban road traffic , analyze the impact of urban road capacity factor .It proposes method for improving urban road capacity based on it. Firstly the article gives the classification of urban roads and it followed by a discussion on the ability to access .It also gives the classification of urban road design capacity and service levels in our country, and then from the main road conditions, traffic conditions, traffic management and control conditions , climate and environment conditions , these five areas affecting urban road capacity to analyze the actual situation of the Xue Fu Road of Zhenjiang City . Through the investigation of traffic capacity ,it analyzes the main factors of the capacity of Xue fu Road from road conditions, traffic conditions and traffic management conditions . And then propose the corresponding improvement measures.
