摘 要 近年來，隨著經濟發(fā)展，機動車迅猛增長，城市道路的交通壓力也越來越大。在工業(yè)化國家，城市交通事故有50%--80%發(fā)生于交叉口周圍；有專用轉向車道、信號相位控制的交叉口，其通行能力也只是路段上的40%--70%；機動車有80%--90%的延誤是由交叉口造成，在市區(qū)范圍內的行駛時間有1/3是花在交叉口上?？梢娊徊婵谠诔鞘新肪W中有著極其重要的作為和地位，城市交叉口合理的改善設計也有其重要性和必要性。
本文以城市道路T型交叉口為研究對象，對交叉口進行通行空間和信號控制兩方面的改善設計。首先從交叉口處交通參與者的角度出發(fā)，分析交通事故發(fā)生的原因并提出與行人相關交通安全問題的解決方案；然后結合現(xiàn)有的關于交叉口改善設計的文獻進行綜合分析，提出了從通行空間和時間信號控制兩個方面進行交叉口的改善設計；最后列舉了實際的T型交叉口案例，通過數(shù)據(jù)調查、交叉口存在問題和交通特性分析進行空間和時間兩個方面的改進設計，證明了兩種方法結合運用的實用性和有效性。

The Study of City Road T-intersection Traffic Improvement Design
Abstract In recent years, with the development of economy and the rapid growth of vehicles, the traffic pressure on the city roads is growing. In industrialized countries, 50% to 80% of urban traffic accidents occurred at intersection. The capacity of the dedicated turn lanes and signal control intersection was only 40% to 70% compared with the link capacity, while vehicles had 80% - 90% of the delays and were caused by the intersection within the city area, 1/3 of travel time was spent on intersection. We conclude that intersection play an extremely important role in the city road network. The reasonable improvement design of urban intersection also has its importance and necessity.
This paper takes urban road T-intersection as the research object, carrying out the design from both sides of the intersection traffic signal control and space improve. First, from the perspective of intersection traffic participants, it analyzes the causes of traffic accidents and puts forward traffic safety issues related to pedestrian, then to analyze them based on the existing literature about intersection, and introduce the design from two aspects of proposed conduct traffic control space and time signals. Finally this paper presents an improvement based on an actual T-intersection by survey data, the problems of intersection and the analysis of traffic character from both sides of space and time, proving the practicality and effectiveness through the combine of the two methods.
