Exploring the Primal Vitality in Mo Yan’s Novel “Red Sorghum”

Abstract: Primal vitality is an unstoppable life- power in human body.It is a pursuit of reasonable existence and the primal form of human’s awakening.It also is the form of individual’s resistance of inhuman life and status.＂Red Sorghum＂is one of the representative works of Mo Yan.The novel reflects the bold folk custom of GaoMi.It also shows the natural instincts of the people in GaoMi when they against the enemies.
