Dynamical Analysis of the Bursting Behavior of Neuron
摘 要:神經(jīng)元是神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的基本組成單位,通過放電活動進(jìn)行信息編碼,實(shí)現(xiàn)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)、控制等功能。其放電活動表現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜的非線性現(xiàn)象,如混沌、隨機(jī)共振、分岔等。論文首先對單個(gè)神經(jīng)元的簇放電行為和耦合神經(jīng)元同步動力學(xué)行為的研究意義和研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,進(jìn)而針對神經(jīng)元放電活動所表現(xiàn)出的典型的快-慢耦合振蕩的特點(diǎn),基于周期性外刺激作用下的神經(jīng)元H-R模型,應(yīng)用快慢動力學(xué)分岔分析方法,探討了該模型在不同參數(shù)條件下簇放電模式的特點(diǎn)。

Abstract:Neurons are the basic unit of the nervous system, information encoded by discharge activities to achieve regulation of the nervous system, control functions, and its discharge activity exhibit complex nonlinear phenomena such as chaotic, stochastic resonance, bifurcation and so on. Firstly, bursting behavior of individual neurons and neuronal synchronization coupled dynamical behavior studies and research of significance were reviewed, and then for the discharge of neurons exhibited typical fast - slow coupled oscillation characteristics, based on cycle HR neuron model of external stimulation under application speed dynamics analysis, to explore the parameters of the model under different conditions bursting characteristics.
