摘要：提升地方政府公共服務(wù)能力是對(duì)我國(guó)政府改革和建設(shè)提出的新要求。本文主要闡述了提升地方政府公共服務(wù)能力的內(nèi)涵，地方政府在提供公共服務(wù)時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題：政府執(zhí)政理念落后、政府職能錯(cuò)位、政府行政部門執(zhí)政方式粗暴，蠻橫無(wú)理等嚴(yán)重問(wèn)題。為此，提出地方政府公共服務(wù)能力提升的路徑：創(chuàng)新政府執(zhí)政理念；轉(zhuǎn)變政府服務(wù)職能；改進(jìn)政府執(zhí)政方式；優(yōu)化政府公共服務(wù)流程能力；強(qiáng)化公眾公共服務(wù)監(jiān)督機(jī)制能力；重塑政府治理機(jī)制能力。
