摘要：隨著官場(chǎng)小說(shuō)的盛行，官場(chǎng)秘書這一角色逐漸成為作者和讀者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。丁邦文的《中國(guó)式秘書》三部曲就是以市長(zhǎng)秘書黃一平在官場(chǎng)上的沉浮俯仰為切入點(diǎn)，為我們展現(xiàn)了當(dāng)代中國(guó)式秘書的眾生相：他們是一個(gè)特殊的群體，與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有著微妙的關(guān)系。他們既能做領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的“馬前卒”，又能當(dāng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的“筆桿子”。他們渴望平淡卻又不甘于平庸，他們是游走在權(quán)力刀尖上的一群人。官場(chǎng)秘書的命運(yùn)往往掌握在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)手中，與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)共同進(jìn)退。有的因?yàn)榈玫搅祟I(lǐng)導(dǎo)的賞識(shí)而平步青云，有的卻還在秘書崗位上埋頭苦干，還有的甚至徹底退出了政治舞臺(tái)。

The contemporary officialdom secretary——A case
study in Chinese-style secretary

Abstract: With the preva lence of officialdom novels, official secretary becomes the focus attention of authors and readers. Chinese secretary trilogy by Ding Bang-wen takes the mayor’s secretary Huang Yi-ping ups and downs in the Officialdom as a starting point for us to show the contemporary Chinese-style secretary’s phase beings: they are a special group, they has a delicate relationship with the leaderships . They both do the leaders of the "pawn" but also when the leadership of the "pen", they are eager to dull but unwilling to mediocrity, they walk in the power of the tip of a group of people. Their fate often rests in the hands of the leadership, and closely aligned. Some have been leaders of appreciation and a meteoric rise, and some are still working hard on the job secretary, some are completely out of the political arena.
