摘要：如今經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢(shì)的發(fā)展，使得物流在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)當(dāng)中扮演著重要的作用。逐漸成長(zhǎng)為企業(yè)的第三利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)源。物流在企業(yè)當(dāng)中的運(yùn)用已經(jīng)成為國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多企業(yè)研究的重點(diǎn)。而物流研究的焦點(diǎn)和中心問(wèn)題就是物流中心的選址方法與運(yùn)用的問(wèn)題。
進(jìn)入到二十世紀(jì)九十年代，現(xiàn)代物流管理的核心是供應(yīng)鏈管理，物流管理在企業(yè)管理當(dāng)中所起的作用日趨凸顯。當(dāng)下物流系統(tǒng)逐漸開(kāi)始向著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化方向發(fā)展，物流中心被視作整個(gè)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的節(jié)點(diǎn)，其選址的恰當(dāng)與否決定著整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。為了企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)當(dāng)中具備足夠的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，物流中心的選址要符合整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)化要求。這使得物流中心的選址必須要從考慮整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的合理性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。此外，物流中心的選址問(wèn)題因素考慮的諸多要素紛雜并且模糊，存在很大的不確定性，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展、政策的改變以及國(guó)內(nèi)外的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的改變，物流中心原有的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢(shì)、政策優(yōu)勢(shì)等將不復(fù)存在。不確定的因素使得物流中心具有投入大、收益慢、時(shí)間久等特點(diǎn)，物流中心的建設(shè)工作面臨巨大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性。只有采用科學(xué)的選址方法來(lái)合理的規(guī)劃選址，才能有效的規(guī)避這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，降低物流中心建設(shè)的投入和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，減少環(huán)境的損害，緩解交通的壓力，提高企業(yè)和當(dāng)?shù)卣\(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)能力。
綜上而論，對(duì)物流中心的選址影響因素、選址的方法、流程及物流選址規(guī)劃中會(huì)存在的問(wèn)題和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)而深入的研究勢(shì)在必行。這不僅會(huì)增加一個(gè)企業(yè)的效益收入，促進(jìn)我國(guó)物流中心的建設(shè)和發(fā)展的大業(yè)，也對(duì)我國(guó)的物流理論事業(yè)的發(fā)展和完善具有重要的實(shí)踐和理論意義。

Abstract : Nowadays,with the development of economic globalization,logistics plays a vital role in the global economy,it has become the third profit source of enterprises.The study of logistics has become the focus of enterprise management research.The method research and application of logistics center location becomes the focus of logistics research problems,being seen as the breakthrough to speed up the development of modern logistics.
Since the 1990s,the development of modern logistics management in supply chain management stage,it shows that the importance of logistics in the modern enterprise management is more and more outstanding。With the continuous development of the whole logistics system in the direction of the network,logistics center works as the logistics network nodes , the location of the stand or fall of rationality or nor determine the overall benefit of logistics network. Not only because of the most optimal location decision can make the enterprise obtain more competitive advantages and make them win in the fierce market competition,and also because of logistics center seen as an organic part of logistics network, the rationality of its location or not has network effects on the influence of the logistics cost.The logistics center location should start from the whole logistics system, not only to consider the impact on the entire logistics network,but also to consider the rationality and economy.At the same time,the location of the logistics center is facing a lot of uncertainty,namely,with the development of economy and the passage of time,the logistics center of location advantage and economic advantage,policy advantage will disappear,and great changes have taken place. Therefore,the uncertainty of logistics center location makes has put into large,slow income characteristics of logistics center construction has a great deal of risk.The reasonable location of logistics center in addition to reducing logistics cost and investment risk,to promote the development of regional economy,protect the natural environment,alleviate the pressure of urban traffic has the positive significance.
Therefore,the logistics center location theory,procedures,methods and problems existing in the logistics center location planning in-depth research and discussion is not only beneficial to the construction and development of logistics center in China,but also is beneficial to the further development and perfection of logistics theory,having important practical and theoretical significance.
