摘要 面對(duì)當(dāng)前激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)狠抓基礎(chǔ),優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)各要素配置。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理,不斷提升企業(yè)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。為改進(jìn)第一塑膠有限公司(以下稱(chēng)“一塑”)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理,本文運(yùn)用方法研究和時(shí)間研究對(duì)公司生產(chǎn)的部分“OA”(Office Automation的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng))機(jī)械部件的生產(chǎn)和工藝流程進(jìn)行了分析,以合理配置各生產(chǎn)要素,最大限度的減少浪費(fèi),提高生產(chǎn)效率。
本文分別采用方法研究中的操作分析、動(dòng)作分析和時(shí)間研究中的工作日寫(xiě)實(shí)法、工時(shí)定額法四種具體方法,分兩大部分對(duì)“一塑”生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人、機(jī)、料、法等要素的配置定量分析。第一部分,運(yùn)用人機(jī)程序圖,對(duì)成形機(jī)單人單機(jī)的操作流程優(yōu)化,從定量分析的角度提高生產(chǎn)效率。運(yùn)用模特排時(shí)法,對(duì)JSW-J280EIII成形機(jī)的操作者的動(dòng)作進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)改進(jìn)輔助設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì),使操作模特?cái)?shù)由原先的56降低到22,簡(jiǎn)化了操作,提高了效率。第二部分,運(yùn)用了工作日寫(xiě)實(shí)法,對(duì)成形機(jī)操作工進(jìn)行一個(gè)工作日的時(shí)間安排進(jìn)行記錄,找出浪費(fèi)的時(shí)間,提出改進(jìn)建議。最后通過(guò)對(duì)FC6-0648產(chǎn)品后加工的工時(shí)測(cè)定,對(duì)A車(chē)間三個(gè)班組工人水平進(jìn)行分析,提出了提高工人技能水平的建議。

The application of work study in the site management of Daiichi platec
Abstract Faced with the current competitive market, enterprises should pay close attention to the foundation to optimize the configuration of the elements of production field.By strengthening the site management, and constantly improve their own competitiveness. In order to improve the site management of Daiichi platec (hereinafter referred to as "DP"), part of the company's production of "OA" machine parts production and process were analyzed by using method study and time study. So that the rational allocation of production factors, to minimize waste, improve production efficiency.
Four methods are used in this paper, which are HMI program chart, Modapts, Days realism and Man-hour ration. The human, machine, material and methods in ‘DP’production field were analyzed quantitatively in two parts. The first part, using HMI program chart optimize the operation process of the injection molding machine and improve production efficiency from the perspective of quantitative analysis. And then, modapts are used to analysis the operation of the JSW-J280EIII injection molding machine operator. By improving the design of auxiliary equipment, the operating MOD is reduced from the original 56 to 22 and the operation is simplified and the efficiency is improved at the same time. In the second part, days realism is used to record the schedule of a injection molding machine operator in a workday to identify wasted time and make recommendations for improvement. Finally, the workers’skill levels of three groups in A shop are analyzed by the post processing man-hour ration of FC6-0648 and recommendations are suggested to improve the skill levels of workers.
