摘要 精益思想源于20世紀(jì)80年代日本豐田發(fā)明的精益生產(chǎn)方式,主要應(yīng)用與制造業(yè),即“精益生產(chǎn)(Lean production)”。精益生產(chǎn)是一種在滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的同時(shí)極力減少浪費(fèi)的生產(chǎn)理念,其目的是消除生產(chǎn)中的資源浪費(fèi)[1]。很多人都知道精益生產(chǎn),但是鮮有人知精益設(shè)計(jì),其實(shí)精益設(shè)計(jì)是精益生產(chǎn)的延伸,也是能影響一個(gè)企業(yè)未來(lái)發(fā)展走向的重要因素。
精益設(shè)計(jì)是精益企業(yè)的源頭,同時(shí)也是決定企業(yè)命運(yùn)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),所以企業(yè)實(shí)施“精益生產(chǎn)”的第一步就是精益設(shè)計(jì)。精益設(shè)計(jì)包括很多方面,有產(chǎn)品的精益設(shè)計(jì)、工藝的精益設(shè)計(jì)以及工廠的精益設(shè)計(jì)。本論文主要是針對(duì)工廠的精益設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行分析與規(guī)劃。由于我是在xx公司實(shí)習(xí),對(duì)公司工廠布局與生產(chǎn)方面有著近距離的接觸,所以這次研究我將結(jié)合緯創(chuàng)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行布局改善分析。本文首先通過(guò)查詢相關(guān)資料,了解精益生產(chǎn)、精益設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)理論知識(shí)以及現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)研究的方向有個(gè)系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)。然后結(jié)合x(chóng)x公司的實(shí)際情況,收集相關(guān)資料,進(jìn)行合理的分析與規(guī)劃。最后,將設(shè)計(jì)利用Auto CAD軟件繪制圖形,對(duì)精益設(shè)計(jì)整體布局改進(jìn)的可行性進(jìn)行診斷與分析。結(jié)合分析所得數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行改善成果總結(jié),得出最終的結(jié)論。

Application Study of Lean design in Wistron
Abstract Lean Production Lean thinking originated in the 1980s Toyota invention, used in manufacturing, that "lean production (Lean Production)". Lean production is a production concept while satisfying economic value that strongly reducing waste , which aims to eliminate the production of waste of resources. Many people are aware of lean production, but few people know the lean design , in fact, lean design is an extension of lean production, but is also an important factor can affect a company's future development direction.
Lean Design is the source of lean enterprise, but also decided the fate of the key aspects of business, so the first step in the implementation of the enterprise "Lean Production" is Lean Design. Lean Design includes many aspects, there are lean product design, lean process of productive and lean design of factory. In this paper, I put my attention on lean design of factory for analysis and planning. Since I was in Wistron internship, I have the close contact with the layout and productive in the company, so this study I will be combined with the actual situation, analysis with the data in Wistron. Firstly, by querying the relevant information and knowledge, understanding of the relevant theoretical status of lean manufacturing, lean design status quo. Have a good understanding of the research about a system direction. Then combine actual situation in Wistron, gather relevant information, reasonable analysis and planning. Finally, the use of Auto CAD design software to draw on the feasibility of the overall layout in improvement of the diagnostic and analysis. Combined with the data I obtained, analyzed and summarized the improvement, obtain the conclusion at last.
