摘要 旅客登機(jī)橋是應(yīng)用于各大航空機(jī)場的輔助設(shè)備,是機(jī)場用以連接候機(jī)廳與飛機(jī)之間的可移動升降的通道。每個機(jī)場都有多個登機(jī)橋位,就是連接候機(jī)樓和飛機(jī)艙門的橋。一端連接候機(jī)樓的某個登機(jī)口,一端扣在飛機(jī)艙門上,旅客由對應(yīng)登機(jī)口進(jìn)入飛機(jī)。與登機(jī)橋相同作用的還有客梯車,客梯車在乘客上下飛機(jī)時將梯口對準(zhǔn)飛機(jī)艙門。旅客通過登機(jī)橋上下飛機(jī)而不是通過飛機(jī)場跑道,這樣很大程度上給予乘客舒適與安全。而且,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,登機(jī)橋的需求也會越來越大。
在登機(jī)橋的設(shè)計(jì)過程中,如何設(shè)計(jì)出適合各種運(yùn)行情況登機(jī)橋這一問題顯得尤為重要,當(dāng)然登機(jī)橋的運(yùn)行離不開一個可靠的控制系統(tǒng),華德寶機(jī)械有限公司一直致力于研發(fā)制造旅客登機(jī)橋,其中,對于公司的控制系統(tǒng),它采用的是RockWell公司生產(chǎn)的PLC,并通過HMI運(yùn)用觸摸屏實(shí)現(xiàn)對登機(jī)橋的工作操作,包括旅客登機(jī)橋的升降行走以及當(dāng)?shù)菣C(jī)橋的某一模塊出現(xiàn)故障時能夠及時得到報警通知,有效的防止事故的發(fā)生。當(dāng)然,登機(jī)橋囊括了有關(guān)機(jī)械,材料,力學(xué),電氣的方方面面,究于本專業(yè)的要求,我所研究的方向就是電氣方面PLC對于登機(jī)橋的控制。
首先,學(xué)習(xí)PLC的編程軟件RSLogix5000,并且深入了解該軟件對于程序?qū)嵭械木唧w功能。
其次,根據(jù)國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及對旅客登機(jī)橋在升降系統(tǒng)的要求進(jìn)行編寫PLC程序的工作,并且配合其他PLC的具體控制要求對登機(jī)橋的升降系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)時操作運(yùn)行,觀察所編寫的程序能否實(shí)現(xiàn)該功能。
最后,對旅客登機(jī)橋的升降系統(tǒng)做一個整理歸納。

Abstract Passenger boarding bridge is an auxiliary equipment used in major aviation airport, and it is the airport with mobile lifting to the connection between the terminal and the plane channel. In the process of designing the boarding bridge, how to design a suitable one for all kinds of operations is the most important issuse, of course, the boarding bridge operation cannot do without a reliable control system, Hua Debao Machinery Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to R & D and manufacturing passenger boarding bridge, which, for the control system of the company, it uses RockWell PLC company production, and using the touch screen to achieve the boarding bridge work operation through the HMI,including lifting walking passenger boarding bridges and when a module of the boarding bridge failure can be alarm notification timely, effectively prevent accidents. Of course, the boarding bridge include related machinery, materials, mechanical, electrical aspects, in the professional requirements, my research direction is electrical PLC for control of the boarding bridge..
First of all, learning PLC programming software RSLogix5000, and in-depth understanding of the functions of the software for program implementation.
Secondly, according to the national standard and the PLC procedures for the preparation of passenger boarding bridges on the lifting system requirements, and with the specific control of other PLC requirements for boarding bridge lifting system for real-time operation, observing the program whether can achieve the function
Finally, making a summarize of the lifting system for passenger boarding bridges.
