摘要 近年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,城市的交通需求不斷增加,從而也就衍生出了城市交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染等一些問(wèn)題。智能公交作為一種新型的公交發(fā)展模式,其運(yùn)用科技手段智能化的運(yùn)營(yíng)可以明顯提高公交的服務(wù)水平,是解決城市交通問(wèn)題的有效方法。
本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外智能公交的研究和評(píng)價(jià)現(xiàn)狀做了簡(jiǎn)要介紹，從智能公交的特點(diǎn)、體系組成及主要技術(shù)出發(fā)，以常規(guī)公共交通評(píng)價(jià)體系為依托，探討了城市智能公交評(píng)價(jià)體系的內(nèi)容與理論方法，從技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)、經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、社會(huì)和環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)三方面建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，對(duì)每個(gè)指標(biāo)提出了具體的定義和量化方法，并作了無(wú)量綱的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。針對(duì)層次分析法主觀影響大的缺點(diǎn)，本文對(duì)其標(biāo)度法、專家評(píng)分過(guò)程進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，運(yùn)用于城市智能公交系統(tǒng)中來(lái)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。
論文還以廣州市智能公交的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況為例，利用以上評(píng)價(jià)方法做了綜合評(píng)價(jià)，并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果作了分析與說(shuō)明。

Research on eva luation Index and Method of Urban Advanced Public Transportation
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, city traffic demand increases constantly, and spawned some problems like urban traffic congestion, environmental pollution and so on. Advanced Public Transportation System（APTS）as a new development model of the public transportation ,can improve the level of public transport services significantly with the use of intelligent operation by technology, it’s an effective solution to the fundamental way of urban transport problems.
This paper made a brief introduction about the research status of domestic and foreign on eva luation of APTS. Begin with the characteristics, system, main technical of intelligent public transportation, according to the common bus traffic eva luation system, discussing the content and theories of APTS. From three aspects we Establish eva luation index system:Technical eva luation,Economy eva luation, Social and Environmental eva luation. this paper also provides definitions and calculation methods to quantify every index, and presents a method to eliminate its dimension. For the disadvantages of analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the author improved the scaling, expert scoring process, to eva luate the urban intelligent public transportation.
