[摘要]中間業(yè)務(wù)是商業(yè)銀行日常業(yè)務(wù)的重要組成部分,商業(yè)銀行大力發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)是國際金融業(yè)發(fā)展的主要趨勢。我國商業(yè)銀行業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速,朝著現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型,中間業(yè)務(wù)也取得了顯著的發(fā)展,但與國外商業(yè)銀行相比還有很大的差距。在我國加入WTO后,外資銀行大舉進(jìn)入我國,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行通過資產(chǎn)負(fù)債業(yè)務(wù)獲利壓力日漸增大,大力發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)成為我國商業(yè)銀行當(dāng)前發(fā)展目標(biāo)的重中之重,因此采取什么對策去發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)具有重要意義。本文探討了我國商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和不足,從中分析影響中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的因素。通過對法律法規(guī)是否健全、創(chuàng)新能力強弱、營銷觀念、風(fēng)險防范等方面的研究,提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。

The Strategies of Commercial Banks in Developing the Intermediate Business
Abstract: As intermediate business turns into an important part in the daily business of commercial banks, to fully develop it becomes the major trend of international financial industry. In recent years, the commercial banks in China have been rapidly developing towards the modernization which leads to the remarkable progress of the intermediate business, but there is still an obvious disparity while comparing with foreign commercial banks. After China’s accession to the WTO, foreign commercial banks aggressively came into its financial industry. The assets and liabilities business of domestic commercial banks have been becoming so difficult in gaining profits that developing intermediate business becomes their task of top priority. Therefore, taking appropriate strategies plays an important role in developing intermediate business. This paper discusses the current situations and insufficient of domestic commercial banks’ intermediate business, analyzing the factors that affecting the development of it.
