摘要：本文基于雙元性理論視角研究我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)，突出其獨(dú)特的戰(zhàn)略手段。雙元性理論認(rèn)為在動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境中需要同時(shí)尋求兩種分離的，甚至相互沖突的目標(biāo)，并且進(jìn)行有效平衡和融合才能獲得持續(xù)性的成功。文章選取雙元學(xué)習(xí)模式和企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的戰(zhàn)略管理過(guò)程為二維，構(gòu)建了我國(guó)企業(yè)國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)的戰(zhàn)略分析框架，研究了動(dòng)機(jī)雙元性、進(jìn)入模式雙元性、能力雙元性、競(jìng)合雙元性四個(gè)內(nèi)容維度。本文以國(guó)有企業(yè)—恒順醋業(yè)為例具體闡述觀點(diǎn)以及論證在國(guó)際商務(wù)環(huán)境下雙元性的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)有企業(yè)的國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。

ABSTRACTS: This article presents an ambidexterity perspective on the international operation of China's state-owned enterprises, highlighting its unique strategic behavior. Ambidexterity means that organizations need to pursuing simultaneous fulfillment of two disparate, sometimes seemingly conflicting, objectives, and achieve sustained success by leveraging and melting these two objectives effectively. We choose ambidextrous learning model and strategic management process of enterprises' international operation as two dimensional terms, building the strategic analysis framework of the international operation of China's enterprises and discussing four dimensional terms comprising co-orientation, co-entry, co-competence, co-opetiton. This article uses case from China's state-owned enterprise, Hengshun Vinegar, to detail the view and provides theoretical and practical implications of ambidexterity in the context of global business. It provides certain guiding significance for the international operation of China's state-owned enterprises.
