摘要 網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的到來(lái)，給我們的生活帶來(lái)改善的同時(shí)，也讓民營(yíng)書(shū)店的發(fā)展陷入了困境。民營(yíng)書(shū)店作為城市的風(fēng)向標(biāo)，傳播著文明的氣息，對(duì)整個(gè)城市的發(fā)展意義重大。1996年11月成立的xx書(shū)店作為民營(yíng)書(shū)店的一個(gè)組成，也難免會(huì)受到大環(huán)境的影響。但是xx書(shū)店在近幾年的發(fā)展中相對(duì)比較穩(wěn)定，沒(méi)有太大波動(dòng)。其還CNN評(píng)為“中國(guó)最美的書(shū)店”。在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理上，xx書(shū)店有很多值得其他書(shū)店借鑒的東西，但難免也存在一些問(wèn)題。如其有限的客戶群、相對(duì)狹窄的服務(wù)區(qū)域。本文以xx書(shū)店南京五臺(tái)山店為主要研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)查閱資料、實(shí)地調(diào)查等方式，試圖對(duì)xx書(shū)店所處外界環(huán)境以及其市場(chǎng)定位現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，總結(jié)出xx書(shū)店現(xiàn)階段的主要客戶群、經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍、市場(chǎng)定位的現(xiàn)狀，分析其現(xiàn)在存在的不足之處，并提出一些參考性建議。

Study on the market positioning analysis of Librairie avant-garde

Abstract: As a barometer of private bookstores city, spreading the breath of civilization, the development of the entire city of great significance. as a member of private bookstore pioneer, Librairie avant-garde Founded in November 1996 ,will inevitably be affected by the larger environment. But the development of Librairie avant-garde is relatively stable in recent years, and with not much fluctuation. It also be described as "China's most beautiful bookshop" by CNN. In terms of management, there are a lot of things of Librairie avant-garde that could be referenced by other bookstores, but inevitably there exists some problems. Like its limited customer, relatively narrow service area. In this paper, my research is mainly about the Librairie avant-garde which located in wu tai shan gym of Nanjing. I try to analysis the external environment, as well as its marketing positioning of Librairie avant-garde, to sum up the main customer base, business scope, the market positioning of the current situation, and analysis of the shortcomings of its present existence, and made some suggestions for reference.
