[摘要]自我國與東盟先后簽署了《貨物貿(mào)易協(xié)議》以及《服務(wù)貿(mào)易協(xié)議》，雙方實施全面降稅。中國作為出口導(dǎo)向型國家，零關(guān)稅的實施使得國內(nèi)絕大多數(shù)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品在東盟十國內(nèi)的價格將下滑，更有利于中國的出口。江蘇作為中國與東盟貿(mào)易的主要省份之一，在中國與東盟貿(mào)易發(fā)展中做出重要貢獻。自《貨物貿(mào)易協(xié)議》和《服務(wù)貿(mào)易協(xié)議》實施以來，在整體上江蘇與東盟的貿(mào)易呈現(xiàn)快速增長趨勢，階段性成就顯著。
本文從江蘇省的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、工業(yè)制成品以及服務(wù)這三個方面全面分析自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定實施以后對江蘇經(jīng)濟的影響，并且運用舉例論證的方法，著重分析了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品大蒜、機電產(chǎn)品、旅游這三個方面的江蘇與東盟的貿(mào)易狀況，并且總結(jié)江蘇與東盟貿(mào)易存在的問題，以此來研究江蘇應(yīng)該如何抓住機遇和迎接挑戰(zhàn)，搶占東盟市場，擴大貿(mào)易。這對于江蘇經(jīng)濟抵御危機，減緩沖擊，有著重要戰(zhàn)略意義。

The Impact of Free Trade Agreements of CHINA-ASEAN on the import and export trade of Jiangsu Province

[Abstract]Since China has signed the "Agreement on Commodity Trade" and "Agreement of Service Trade" with the Association of South-east Asian Nations (ASEAN), both sides implemented a comprehensive tariff reduction. China as an export-oriented country, the implementation of zero tariff makes the vast majority of products’ prices decline in ASEAN, which is more beneficial to China's exports. Jiangsu as one of the main provinces of China-ASEAN trade, it has made an important contribution to the development of China-ASEAN trade. Since the "Agreement on Commodity Trade" and "Agreement of Service Trade" was implemented, Jiangsu-ASEAN trade, in whole, show rapid growth trend and the milestone achievement is remarkable.
In this paper, I analyze three aspects, the agricultural products, the industrial products and the services, to analyze of the impact of Jiangsu economy after the implementation of Free Trade Agreements. For example demonstrates the use of methods, analyzes the agricultural garlic, mechanical and electrical products, tourism in these three areas of Jiangsu and ASEAN trade status, and summary of Jiangsu and ASEAN trade problems. Then I study how to seize opportunities, meet challenges, seize the ASEAN market and expand trade. In the aspect of resisting the economic crisis, this has important strategic significance to Jiangsu.
