[摘要]國際貿(mào)易方式的創(chuàng)新就是運(yùn)用電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易作為交易方式的國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)。作為新型的國際貿(mào)易模式，電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易顯示出強(qiáng)大的生命力，在世界貿(mào)易中呈現(xiàn)出飛速發(fā)展的態(tài)勢，對全球國際貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的變化產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。信息時代的快速到來，使電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易被越來越多的應(yīng)用到各個領(lǐng)域，電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易在改變對外貿(mào)易流程、促進(jìn)對外貿(mào)易專業(yè)化中介的形成、節(jié)省國際貿(mào)易交易成本及增加外貿(mào)企業(yè)收益、提高國際貿(mào)易效率、增加對外貿(mào)易機(jī)會以及提高外貿(mào)企業(yè)的市場應(yīng)變能力和競爭能力等諸多方面對國際貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響，對國家整體國際貿(mào)易和一國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重要的影響。因此，如何審時度勢熟練地把握電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易給我們帶來的影響，成功應(yīng)對國際貿(mào)易下的電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易大潮，是我國良好開展對外貿(mào)易的關(guān)鍵問題。
本文由引言、正文五章共六章構(gòu)成。首先介紹了論文的選題背景和研究意義，介紹了國際貿(mào)易方式的新形式——電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易。闡述了電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展歷程以及我國發(fā)展電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀及主要問題；再次分別分析了電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易對我國對外貿(mào)易的影響。具體分析了對我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)成本、效益、風(fēng)險等的影響，理清了國際貿(mào)易方式創(chuàng)新對我國的影響思路。最后根據(jù)以上的分析提出了促進(jìn)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易和電子商務(wù)發(fā)展政策性建議。對指導(dǎo)我國外貿(mào)企業(yè)的電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易改造有很好的作用。綜合了整個影響因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上給出了政策措施建議。對我國大力發(fā)展電子商務(wù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)貿(mào)易，有一定的理論和實(shí)際意義，使其更好的為我國發(fā)展國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)。

Innovative Way of Trade and The Research of It’s Influence to Chinese International Trade——Take Net Business and Electronic Business for Example
[ABSTRACTS] The the innovative ways of international trade is a kind of international trade business adopting NET Business and Electronic Business to trade. As a new kind of international trade Model Electronic Business and NET Business have strong vitality. They developed swiftly in international trade and play a important role in the international trade and the change of economic landscape. Following the development of information era,Electronic Business and NET Business are More and More preva lence in Many field. They affected international trade in changing external trade process,improving international trade efficiency, increasing external trade chance and enhancing the ability of adapting to Market and competitiveness of external trade enterprise. They also affected national overall international trade and the development of national economy. So , whether we can take advantage of the influences of Electronic Business and NET Business and cope with Electronic Business and NET Business in the international trade successfully is the key to the development of Chinese external trade.
The paper is composed of a total of six chapters: the introduction, the Main body of five chapters. At the first introduces the background of the thesis and the research topics of significance. Explains the idea of writing this article and the research Methods, describes the frame structure of the paper;Then introduced new forms of international trade patterns——Electronic Business and NET Business.Described the course of development of the Electronic Business and NET Business and Chinese development status of the Electronic Business and NET Business and the Main problems;Then analysis the affect of the Electronic Business and NET Business to the Chinese foreign trade separately. Detailed analysis of the impact of Chinese foreign trade enterprise costs, benefits, risks, and clarify the ideas of innovation and international trade Mode to Chinese affect. Finally, we put forward general conclusion and policy recommendations on the basis of the analysis. The conclusion can effectively guide the corporation of Electronic Business and NET Business reconstruction，because the cost and income are the key items to reinforce the corporation of profits of Electronic Business and NET Business, And on the basis of factor analysis we give suggestions from Macroscopic and Microscopic aspects. To some extent it can influence the development of Chinese Electronic Business and NET Business theoretically and practically,and take advantage of them to develop Chinese international trade.
