[摘要] 長三角地區(qū)有便捷的交通，優(yōu)越的地理環(huán)境，與國際市場的經(jīng)濟來往越來越頻繁，對外貿易活動頗多，是中國最發(fā)達的經(jīng)濟區(qū)域之一，近年又被譽為世界第六大城市群。這是長三角地區(qū)目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，不過，坦率地說，目前長三角地區(qū)的發(fā)展并不平衡，所以長三角地區(qū)經(jīng)濟一體化面臨挑戰(zhàn)，根據(jù)這種情況進行本課題的研究。
本文從經(jīng)濟一體化的概念入手，運用理論分析和詳細數(shù)據(jù)研究了長三角經(jīng)濟一體化的現(xiàn)狀，并分析了產業(yè)重構、資源浪費、區(qū)域合作精神缺乏的問題，在此基礎上提出了建立跨行政區(qū)的經(jīng)濟管理機構，協(xié)調區(qū)域內的利益矛盾，形成區(qū)域整體利益建議。同時還有政府缺乏對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一協(xié)調規(guī)劃的隱患，主要轉變政府職能,營造良好的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境。除了這兩點，長三角地區(qū)還存在招商引資,惡性競爭的問題，本文針對這個問題提出了建立統(tǒng)一有序的區(qū)域共同市場,互惠互利,優(yōu)勢互補的解決方案。

Strategies to enhance the development of the Yangtze River Delta regional economic integration
[ABSTRACT] Yangtze River Delta has convenient transportation and superior geographical environment, the international market economy and foreign trade activities are more and more frequently, Yangtze River Delta is one of the most developed economic regions in Chinese, it is also known as the world's sixth largest city group. This is the present situation, frankly, the current development of the Yangtze River Delta region is not balanced, so the economic integration of Yangtze River Delta area is facing the challenge, according to this situation, I make this research.
According to the concept of economic integration, I use the theory of economic integration of Yangtze River Delta, and analyze the industrial restructuring, the waste of resources, lack of regional cooperation, based on the establishment of economic management mechanism of cross administrative region, coordinating the interest conflicts in the region, the formation of the interests of the whole region. There is also a lack of government on the development of the regional economy coordinated planning problems, mainly the transformation of government functions, to create a good economic environment. In addition to these two points, the investment still exist in the Yangtze River Delta region, the issue of vicious competition, this paper proposes the establishment of a unified regional common market orderly, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit, the solution of complementary advantages.
