摘要：信息系統(tǒng)項目作為一種新興的項目工程,依托于知識與技術,具有高度的不確定性,因此常常導致其較高的失敗率,因而信息系統(tǒng)項目風險影響因素研究對于信息系統(tǒng)項目來說就顯得尤為重要。本文找出影響項目的風險影響因素，對項目風險提出處置方法，通過對信息系統(tǒng)項目風險影響因素的識別，估計和評價,把信息系統(tǒng)項目風險發(fā)生的概率，風險影響的大小等因素通過數(shù)學方法分析計算,得出信息系統(tǒng)項目各種風險的風險值,從而決定采取什么樣的控制措施。通過深入的研究和了解情況,可以使決策更有把握,更符合項目的方針和目標,從總體上使項目減少風險,保證項目目標的實現(xiàn)。
