摘要 近年來信息化已經(jīng)被國家提到了國家戰(zhàn)略的高度，而ERP作為信息化中的排頭兵得到了大力推廣。同時，ERP本身的效用也得到了我國企業(yè)界的廣泛認(rèn)可，中小企業(yè)紛紛開展ERP項目來幫助企業(yè)提升績效。但ERP項目的實施風(fēng)險高，失敗率高。作為眾多項目中的一種，ERP實施項目同樣需要良好的項目管理來幫助其成功。
在項目管理的主要工作中，項目的成本和進(jìn)度管理是對項目資源的計劃和控制，能有效保障項目的順利進(jìn)行。本文從中小企業(yè)的實際需求入手，結(jié)合ERP項目的特點，將項目管理中的優(yōu)秀工具——掙值管理，與ERP實施項目相結(jié)合，用掙值管理來幫助中小企業(yè)在實施ERP項目時，實現(xiàn)項目成本和進(jìn)度的集成管理，規(guī)避風(fēng)險，保證項目成功。
掙值管理發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在，越趨成熟。除了傳統(tǒng)掙值管理外，本文重點介紹了三種基于不同理論的二級掙值管理方法，分別是基于關(guān)鍵鏈的掙值管理、基于模糊理論的掙值管理和基于功能點的掙值管理。本文通過案例展示這三種掙值管理在實際中的應(yīng)用方法，對三種方法進(jìn)行對比分析，說明它們各自的優(yōu)缺點并進(jìn)行總結(jié)，最后結(jié)合它們的優(yōu)缺點提出對未來研究的展望。

Research on Application of Earned Value Management in SMEs ERP Project
Abstract In recent years, informatization has been referred to the National Strategic, ERP has been vigorously promoted as vanguard. At the same time, the effectiveness of ERP has been widely recognized by the corporate world, SMEs have chosen ERP project to help companies improve efficiency. However, the high risk of ERP projects often lead to failure. As one of the many projects, ERP implementation projects also need good project management to ensure its success.
In this paper, combined with business needs and ERP, combined with project implementation and earned value, through Earned Value Management to help project managers manage the cost and time, to avoid risks and ensure project success.
Since the birth to now, earned value has developed into more mature. Besides the traditional earned value management, this paper focuses on three kinds of advanced earned value management methods. They are earned value based on key chain, earned value based on the fuzzy theory and earned value based on the theory of function points. This paper used them in one case to Compare the advantages and disadvantages. In the end, according to the characteristics of the three methods proposed vision for the future research.
