摘 要
隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和企業(yè)管理水平的逐步提高，企業(yè)對(duì)自有或能實(shí)施控制的資產(chǎn)的管理要求也在不斷提高，以降低企業(yè)成本提高利潤(rùn)率。而存貨作為企業(yè)一項(xiàng)重要的流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)，其價(jià)值在企業(yè)流動(dòng)資產(chǎn)中占有很大的比重，企業(yè)對(duì)存貨管理的好壞直接影響著企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況和經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤(rùn)最大化這一目標(biāo)，企業(yè)就需要對(duì)存貨進(jìn)行有效管理。有效的存貨管理可以幫助企業(yè)減少庫(kù)存，甚至實(shí)現(xiàn)零庫(kù)存的理想狀況，以降低資金占用，從而提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此，對(duì)企業(yè)存貨管理模式進(jìn)行研究就具有了重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在當(dāng)今21世紀(jì)，企業(yè)間存在著多種存貨管理模式，其中以日本豐田創(chuàng)造的JIT技術(shù)（just in time）對(duì)我國(guó)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行存貨管理的影響極為廣泛。其次，供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存（VMI，Vendor Managed Inventory）也深受生產(chǎn)企業(yè)存貨管理的喜愛(ài)。此外還有經(jīng)濟(jì)批量法、物料需求計(jì)劃（MRPⅡ）等等。
本文首先闡述了存貨管理模式的相關(guān)涵義、種類(lèi)與意義，逐一介紹了當(dāng)前企業(yè)間存在的存貨管理模式，并對(duì)當(dāng)前存貨管理模式進(jìn)行比較分析，針對(duì)現(xiàn)有存貨管理的不足，提出了創(chuàng)新的存貨管理模式即：JIT-VMI模式，評(píng)價(jià)JIT—VMI存貨管理模式在企業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)用中的優(yōu)勢(shì)與效果，得出結(jié)論并進(jìn)行展望。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of social economy and the gradual improvement of the enterprise management level, the assets of the enterprise on its own or can implement control of management requirements are constantly improve, in order to reduce the enterprise cost to improve profit margins. And inventory as an important enterprise liquid assets, its value occupies a large proportion in enterprise liquid assets, on the stand or fall of inventory management directly affects the enterprise's financial position and operating conditions. In order to achieve the enterprise profit maximization the goal, the enterprise needs to effectively manage inventory. Effective inventory management can help enterprises to reduce inventory and even realize zero inventory is the ideal condition, to reduce capital takes up, so as to improve the economic benefit of enterprise. Therefore, the study of enterprise inventory management model has the important practical significance. In the 21st century, there are many kinds of inventory management mode among enterprises, of which Japan Toyota create JIT (just in time) technology production enterprise in our country the influence of the inventory management is very wide. Second, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI, Vendor Managed Inventory) and was deeply loved by production enterprise Inventory management. In addition to economic batch method, the material requirements planning (MRP Ⅱ) and so on.
This article first expounds the related meaning, goal and significance of inventory management, between one by one, this paper introduces the current enterprise inventory management mode, and a comparative analysis on the current inventory management model, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing inventory management, puts forward the innovative inventory management mode: JIT- VMI model, eva luation of JIT, VMI inventory management model in the enterprise, use the advantages of conclusion and prospect.
