摘 要
股利分配政策是上市公司進(jìn)行分配利潤，并將留存收益用于再投資的方向性政策，是公司戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分，關(guān)系到公司未來的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。適當(dāng)?shù)墓衫峙湔卟粌H能夠提供企業(yè)發(fā)展的資金，而且也能為提升企業(yè)的形象，吸引投資者的關(guān)注，實現(xiàn)上市公司自身的目標(biāo)。因而，股利分配政策的制定對于上市公司本身非常重要。上市公司在考慮所有相關(guān)因素及可能的后果之后，才能選擇一種適合本身特點的股利分配政策。本文通過對上市公司股利分配的現(xiàn)狀、股利分配政策的影響因素以及分配中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析，提出相對應(yīng)的完善措施，規(guī)范上市公司的股利分配行為。

ABSTRACT
Dividend policy is the listing Corporation for the distribution of profits, and the policy direction of retained earnings for re investment, is an important part of corporate strategy, the company's future long-term development. Suitable dividend policies can provide not only the development of enterprise funds, but also to enhance the corporate image, to attract the attention of investors, to achieve its goal of listing Corporation. Therefore, dividend policy is very important for the listing Corporation itself. After listing Corporation in consideration of all relevant factors and possible consequences, suitable for the characteristics of dividend distribution policy choice to. In this paper, through analyzing the existing factors and distribution of dividend policy, dividend distribution of listing Corporation in the problem, put forward corresponding improvement measures, dividend distribution behavior of listing Corporation.
