摘要
國內(nèi)酒店業(yè)的應用系統(tǒng)不同，各家供應商的軟件也各不相同。對于一家酒店，如果各部門使用的是不同的平臺、不同的軟件，當員工進行軟件操作時，需要學習各種軟件，這樣不但使員工的學習成本增高，也同時影響酒店的效率。這樣就需要一個方便上手且功能強大的管理軟件能解決這些問題，讓員工迅速上崗，減少成本，增加收益。因此，制作一個酒店管理系統(tǒng)來解決這些問題已是勢在必行。針對酒店的具體業(yè)務，主要是客房管理，為用戶提供迅速高效的服務，減免手工處理煩瑣以及誤差，并及時準確的反映酒店的工作狀況，從而提高酒店管理的服務質量，使酒店獲得更好的經(jīng)濟效益。
管理系統(tǒng)是基于VB.NET編程語言在Microsoft的VisualStudio.Net平臺下開發(fā)的，運用了SQL Server 2000數(shù)據(jù)庫。強大的數(shù)據(jù)庫支持，能完成大量的數(shù)據(jù)處理，使得系統(tǒng)更加穩(wěn)定安全。

Abstract：
Therefore, the best way to improve the level of management is to explore a convenient and powerful systematic software of hotel management. That is to choose the widely used Windows operation system as a platform of exploration, test and operation, the Visual Studio.NET as a tool of software development, VB.NET as programmer-edited language, SQL Server 2000 as the supporter of database. It’s main function includes: registration, room reservation , settlement of refunding, room situation check, tourists information check, etc .
