摘要：
本文首先對遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控總體的概況進行了概述，指出了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控所要達(dá)到的要求和具有的特點，針對這些要求通過對系統(tǒng)需求分析設(shè)計了能滿足實際系統(tǒng)要求的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。并從硬件選型和軟件設(shè)計等方面對系統(tǒng)的功能進行了實現(xiàn)，對實現(xiàn)過程中所涉及到的計算機方面的知識和應(yīng)用技術(shù)進行了一定的分析對在實現(xiàn)中所遇到的難點問題進行了探討并給出了行之有效的解決方法。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)將不僅僅是簡單的報警監(jiān)視的集合，而會向生活的方方面面滲透。被動的報警方式將不能滿足防衛(wèi)的要求，系統(tǒng)將加入更多主動的內(nèi)容和更強的控制能力。

The earth has become the “global village”. The development of high and new technologies will surely ask the whole alarm system undertaking for higher and further requirements. And the alarm system not only is the gather of Surveillance and alarming. But also it will permeate into any place of the world. And the passive alarming system cannot satisfy the requirement of the defence. So the system will add stronger ability of control.
