中西醫(yī)對(duì)糖尿病足的認(rèn)識(shí)及護(hù)理
摘要：面對(duì)糖尿病足發(fā)病率逐年增高和目前大多數(shù)已患或高危易患人群對(duì)于本病的基本知識(shí)不了解，缺乏足夠重視的現(xiàn)狀，參考近年來國(guó)內(nèi)外報(bào)道DF的文獻(xiàn)，對(duì)糖尿病足的中西醫(yī)定義、病因病機(jī)、目前國(guó)內(nèi)外主要治療方案及中西醫(yī)結(jié)合預(yù)防護(hù)理措施做簡(jiǎn)要綜述，以便達(dá)到未病先防，既病防變的目的，防患于未然，減少截肢的發(fā)生。

Abstract：In the face of the actuality that incidence of the diabetic foot(DF)is rising year after year and a majority of public who are in trouble or in
danger do not know about the essence knowledge of the DF and attach little
important to this disease, consulting many near literatures and report news
of DF in-out of state,I summarize the definition、pathogeny、high risk fators、mostly treatment schemes,preventment and nursing measures combined of westernand chinese medicine so as to attain the objective that avoid illness in adv-ance and defending the changes in ill，reduce the occurrence of ampuation.

1. 前言
“糖尿病”(diabetes mellitus,DM)是一種全球范圍內(nèi)的嚴(yán)重危害人類健康的常見內(nèi)分泌代謝性疾病。近些年來隨著人類生活水平的提高，DM的發(fā)病率正以驚人的速度在增加呈明顯的上升趨勢(shì)。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，1998年，全世界DM患者約有1.48億人。據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織估計(jì)，到2025年DM的患病人數(shù)將超過3億。在我國(guó)，1996年DM的發(fā)病率為3.21%，比1979年增加了3倍。2000年全國(guó)人群調(diào)查
