本課題運(yùn)用強(qiáng)大的三維造型軟件Pro-E實(shí)現(xiàn)了減速器CAD中典型零部件的三維實(shí)體建模及裝配仿真。很好的體現(xiàn)了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)越點(diǎn),它高效,便捷的特點(diǎn)得到了淋漓盡致的發(fā)揮,不僅使計(jì)算,繪圖容易許多,也使零件的工藝設(shè)計(jì)輕松很多。

Title On the basis of the design of worm decelerator of CAD technology
Abstract
Worm decelerator is used between motor and implement mechanism, it takes an effect as matching rotate speed and transferring torque, and is used in modern machine extensively. But its design takes long times and great eforts with low designing efficiency; with development of science and technology and national economy, not only the requirement of worm decelerator is in larger and larger number, but also in higher and higher quality. Traditional methods of design are far beyond the requirement in development of technolog.
This paper is using the strong three-dimensional model software Pro-E to relize the three-dimensional solid modeling and assembly simulation of typical parts.It have very, high-efficient and fine embodiment some superiority of CAD.The convenient characteristic has got thorough full play , not only is it calculate to make, drawing easy a lot of, make technological design a lot easily of part.
At the same time, the accurate pole of snail still is advantageous to carrying on the follow-up assemble or and usage, and can nicely the body appears the vivid, fast and convenient advantage of calculator, and at the parameter turns the importation, the interface contain amity, hand over conveniently with each other the type dialog box, these are all traditional design method not have of advantage.
