Content Structure and Traits on Compulsory
Movements of Optional Routine in Changquan
Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the relative date, the investigation on the spot, survey and statistics, the present paper analyzes the traits on the individual motion of the compulsory movements, dual motion and multi-motion. The results give the conclusion that the components of the compulsory movements have a great consistence on a macro-scale. They are the combinations of the leap, balance, leg-work, which have difficulty degrees.
