OA辦公自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)
摘 要

傳統(tǒng)的辦公模式主要以紙介質(zhì)為主，在信息革命的浪潮中，顯然已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足高效率、快節(jié)奏的現(xiàn)代工作和生活的需要。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)信息處理的自動(dòng)化和辦公的無(wú)紙化逐步得到了人們的重視。Internet/Intranet的迅猛發(fā)展，為信息的交流和共享，團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)同運(yùn)作提供了技術(shù)的保證，同時(shí)也預(yù)示著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化辦公時(shí)代來(lái)臨。利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊基礎(chǔ)及先進(jìn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)，建設(shè)一個(gè)安全、可靠、開(kāi)放、高效的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)和辦公自動(dòng)化、信息管理電子化系統(tǒng)，為管理部門提供現(xiàn)代化的日常辦公條件及豐富的綜合信息服務(wù)，提高辦公效率和管理水平，實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)各部門日常業(yè)務(wù)工作的規(guī)范化、電子化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，增強(qiáng)檔案的可管理性，實(shí)現(xiàn)信息的在線查詢、借閱，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)“無(wú)紙”辦公。

辦公自動(dòng)化還是一個(gè)企業(yè)與整個(gè)世界聯(lián)系的渠道，企業(yè)的Intranet網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以和Internet相聯(lián)。一方面，企業(yè)的員工可以在Internet上查找 有關(guān)的技術(shù)資料、市場(chǎng)行情，與現(xiàn)有或潛在的客戶、合作伙伴聯(lián)系；另一方面，其他企業(yè)可以通過(guò)Internet訪問(wèn)你對(duì)外發(fā)布的企業(yè)信息，如企業(yè)介紹、生產(chǎn) 經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)、業(yè)務(wù)范圍、產(chǎn)品/服務(wù)等信息。從而起到宣傳介紹的作用。隨著辦公自動(dòng)化的推廣，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)將通過(guò)自己的Intranet網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)接到 Internet上，所以這種網(wǎng)上交流的潛力將非常巨大。

ABSTRACT

This volume is divided into six totally, introducing the on-line business enterprise to transact the development background of the automation first, the OA says all, developping the tool and technique researches.Is system analysis and the system designs that transacts to automate this system to the net business enterprise the next in order, include the main function, carry out the target, the system structure diagram, the business flow chart, the database design, the document configurings etc..Then transacted the realization of the automation function to do to the whole on-line business enterprise to elaborate detailedly, include to carry out the target, carrying out the process, the code analysis wait.Make use of the Dreamweaver adequately to complete the creation that the whole on-line business enterprise transacts the automation, make this system function more perfect, the page enriches the beauty more.
