摘 要

隨著越來越多的PDA產(chǎn)品的在日常生活中的普及使用,電池充電器的使用也越來越廣泛, 一個(gè)好的充電器設(shè)計(jì),不但能夠?qū)崟r(shí)地對充電電路的電壓、電流這些關(guān)系到充電過程好壞的參數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測,針對這些參數(shù)的變化調(diào)整充電的電流、電壓,同時(shí)還能在充電電壓很小時(shí)還能夠?qū)﹄姵剡M(jìn)行充電。
因此,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種以MC34063直流升壓電路及LM2576直流可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電路為核心,AVR單片機(jī)最小系統(tǒng)板為控制電路,能在7.3v-20v范圍內(nèi)的不同輸入電壓中,通過手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)可為一定范圍內(nèi)不同電壓的電池充電,充電電流Ic達(dá)到大于(Es-Ec)/(Rs+Rc)的要求。該系統(tǒng)主要有AVR MEGA16最小系統(tǒng),44700uf電容組成的電能收集儲(chǔ)存電路,MC34063直流升壓電路,LM2576直流可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電路組成。系統(tǒng)通過44700uf電容組成的電能收集儲(chǔ)存電路從內(nèi)阻非常大(100歐)的電源中收集并儲(chǔ)存電能,再通過AVR MEGA16最小系統(tǒng)于給定時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)出脈沖使電容放電供給MC34063直流升壓電路電壓升壓,然后由LM2576直流可調(diào)穩(wěn)壓電路穩(wěn)壓為內(nèi)阻較小的(0.1歐)模擬電池充電。本系統(tǒng)具有低功耗,輸出穩(wěn)定可調(diào),輸入內(nèi)阻大,轉(zhuǎn)換效率高無需外部電源供電,低電壓啟動(dòng)(7.3v)等特點(diǎn)。

Electric energy collecting and storing up the put aside circuit the electric energy that system is composed of by 44700 uf capacitance is collected from internal resistance in power sources very big (100 Europes), And then boosting supplying with a MC34063 direct-current boosting circuit voltage again by the fact that minimal AVR MEGA16 system issues pulse in given time is that capacitance discharges, battery charges from adjustable LM2576 direct-current stabilivolt circuit stabilivolt for less simulation of internal resistance. System has low-power consumption , output stability is adjustable , entering internal resistance is big, the unnecessarily external high conversion efficiency power source supplies electricity , low voltage starting (7.3 vs) wait for a characteristic.
