JIT在供應(yīng)鏈管理中的應(yīng)用研究—以豐田汽車制造企業(yè)為例
摘 要準(zhǔn)時化生產(chǎn)(just in time,簡稱JIT)起源于日本的豐田生產(chǎn)方式。JIT的核心目標(biāo)是盡可能的降低庫存,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的零庫存運行,減少資金占用,降低庫存成本,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
本文著眼于汽車制造企業(yè)采購物流領(lǐng)域的研究,將準(zhǔn)時化的思想應(yīng)用到供應(yīng)鏈上整車廠和零部件供應(yīng)商之間的物流運作上,實行JIT采購,以減少企業(yè)的庫存成本和加快反應(yīng)速度。到目前為止,絕大多數(shù)的美國企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始全部或局部應(yīng)用JIT采購,并取得了良好的效果。由于實施JIT采購對企業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)工作、人員素質(zhì)、管理水平等要求較高,在我國實施JIT采購方法的企業(yè)數(shù)量還不太多,主要集中在汽車、電子等行業(yè),應(yīng)用水平也有待進(jìn)一步提高。在這樣的背景下,如何有效地實施JIT采購以及JIT在供應(yīng)鏈管理中如何應(yīng)用成為大多數(shù)汽車企業(yè)采購管理工作面臨的一個重要課題。最終以豐田汽車企業(yè)為例,分析JIT在其企業(yè)運行方式和成功原因,從而也是對我國汽車制造業(yè)的啟示。
