地鐵選線設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)符合城市的總體規(guī)劃,應(yīng)符合城市軌道交通網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃,應(yīng)節(jié)約城市的土地資源,應(yīng)減少城市的拆遷工程。線路平面設(shè)計(jì)涉及地下線平面位置、線路與地面建筑物之間的安全距離、線路位置方案比選、線路平面設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及有關(guān)規(guī)定、緩和曲線設(shè)置規(guī)定、線間距等多方面的知識(shí)。通過(guò)對(duì)這些因素的綜合考慮,本設(shè)計(jì)擬定了兩個(gè)線路平面設(shè)計(jì)方案,通過(guò)對(duì)這兩個(gè)方案的比選來(lái)對(duì)線路平面設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。
線路縱斷面設(shè)計(jì)要保證列車(chē)運(yùn)行的安全、平穩(wěn)及乘客舒適;要結(jié)合不同的地形、地質(zhì)、水文條件,地上、地下建筑物及基礎(chǔ)情況等,進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì),力求方便乘客使用和降低工程造價(jià);要在有條件時(shí)盡可能設(shè)計(jì)符合列車(chē)運(yùn)行規(guī)律的節(jié)能坡。線路縱斷面設(shè)計(jì)涉及地下線覆土厚度、地下管線及構(gòu)筑物、地質(zhì)條件、排水站位置等多方面的因素。通過(guò)對(duì)這些因素的綜合考慮,本設(shè)計(jì)分別對(duì)左線及右線進(jìn)行了縱斷面設(shè)計(jì)。區(qū)間盾構(gòu)圓形隧道建筑限界為Φ5200mm的圓,在充分考慮隧道建筑限界的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道的橫斷面進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。
設(shè)計(jì)采用水土分算法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)所受荷載進(jìn)行計(jì)算,分別采用了結(jié)構(gòu)分析軟件ANSYS和慣用計(jì)算解析法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力進(jìn)行了分析。按照偏心受壓構(gòu)件對(duì)管片結(jié)構(gòu)截面主筋進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)對(duì)對(duì)稱(chēng)配筋和不對(duì)稱(chēng)配筋兩種配筋形式的分析和比較,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的配筋進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求以及目前國(guó)內(nèi)常用盾構(gòu)管片的形式,對(duì)盾構(gòu)管片的形狀、組合方式、接縫方式、封頂塊的插入方法、楔形量、管片接頭等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
The subway route selection design should conform to overall plan of a city, should conform to track communications network plan, should save land resource of the city, should reduce the relocation project. This design involves planimetric positions of the route, the safe distance between the line and the ground, the comparasion and selection of the line position, the standard and related stipulation of line plane design, the establishment stipulation of transition curve, the line spacing and so on. Based on an overall consideration of these factors, put forward two designs and carry on an optimization of it.
The line longitudinal section design must guarantee the train movement secure and the passenger comfortable; must adapte to different terrain, geology, hydrology and ground conditions, underground buildings and foundation situations and so on, carries on the reasonable design, makes every effort to facilitate the passenger to use and to reduce the project construction cost; Must conform to the train operating and design law energy conservation slope as far as possible when the condition is right. With these factors, this design has separately carried on the longitudinal section design of the left line and the right line. The sector of the shield tunnel construction limit is a circle with a diameter of 5200mm, with the full consideration of this limit, has carried on the design to the shield tunnel cross section.
The design separate the hydraulic pressure and earth pressure to compute the load of the structure, has used structure analysis software ANSYS and analytic method to resolve the internal force of the structure, carries on the design to calculate the reinforcing bars according to eccentric compression member and optimizes it. According to some requirements and relevant technical regulations, make a design of the segments.
Shield method has such lots of merits that it is gaining in popularity, to this booming technology, finally discussed in detail of it’s construction method.
