摘 要
礦井是一個復(fù)雜的動態(tài)系統(tǒng),具有與其他工業(yè)不同的特點,其主要特點是地下作業(yè),工作環(huán)境艱苦,自然條件復(fù)雜,因此通風(fēng)和安全措施顯得尤為重要。全局而言,各煤田所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)地理位置不同,煤層地質(zhì)條件多種多樣,開采方法也就多種多樣。本次設(shè)計根據(jù)以上因素進(jìn)行開拓開采設(shè)計,并選擇多種開采技術(shù)進(jìn)行對照比較。
設(shè)計針對新集二礦具體條件,內(nèi)容包含:井田概況及地質(zhì)特征、礦井開拓、通風(fēng)設(shè)計、以及礦井安全技術(shù)措施。
井田概況主要包括礦區(qū)的地理、地形和交通;礦井的地理位置、井田范圍;礦區(qū)的氣象條件、地震烈度、電源和水源的概況;井田地質(zhì)特征、煤層及煤質(zhì)概況以及水文地質(zhì)條件概況等。
礦井開拓分別論述了主井、副井、混合井的位置選擇、采區(qū)的劃分、水平的劃分以及開采順序、采區(qū)的布置及各巷道的布置等。
通風(fēng)設(shè)計主要包括礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的選擇、礦井所需風(fēng)量的計算及分配、礦井東、西兩翼容易時期、困難時期的通風(fēng)阻力計算以及對通風(fēng)設(shè)備的選擇等。
安全技術(shù)措施包括井下瓦斯預(yù)測和抽采、開采突出危險煤層的安全措施、粉塵防治、防火措施、防水措施以及礦井降溫措施等。
專題部分主要是針對煤礦6-1突出煤層做防止煤與瓦斯突出設(shè)計。

ABSTRACT
The mine is a complicated dynamic system,having remarkable different characteristics from other industry,speaking of the partial region,apart from some regions adopting open-air mining or even way opening up because the coal seam buries shallow or in the mountain,its main characteristic is working underground,bad working environment ,so the ventilating and the safety measure is of particular importance.On the whole,we have various mining methods based on the difference of economic geographical position,the various geological condition of the coal seam.The opening up and mining design proceeds according to the above factors,and the design choose various mining techniques for comparison.
The design aims at the coal mine of Xieqiao, the content includes the general situation of the mine field and its geological characteristics, the opening up of the mine,the ventilating design and the technological measure of the coal mine safety.
The general situation of the mine field mainly includes the geography, the topography and the traffic of the mine area; The geographical position of the mine,the range of the mine field; The meteorological condition of the mining area, the general situation of earthquake intensity, the power and the source of water; and the geological feature of the mine field、the coal seam、 the outline of the coal quality and the general situation of the hydro geological condition , etc.
The opening up section of the coal mine discussed separately on the choice of position of the main mine 、the auxiliary mine、the mixed mine、the division of the level and the exploiting area and the exploiting order、the disposal of mining area and the tunnel,etc.
The coal mine ventilation design mainly includes the choice of the ventilating system of the mine 、the calculation and the distribution of the necessary wind quantity of the mine 、the calculating of the ventilation obstruction of the whole mine and choice of the ventilation facilities of easy period, difficult period, etc.
The safety technique measures include the safety monitoring control system; the safety measures of preventing the gas and the exploiting of the dangerous bursting coal seam ; the prevention and cure of the dust of the coal; the fire prevention measures; waterproof measures; the decreasing temperature measures; pit shaft frost-proof measures ; the roof management; upgrade, transportation and electricity usage safety; industrial and civil construction contradicting earthquake etc.
