企業(yè)核心競爭力與企業(yè)核心人才能力

【摘要】本文全面闡述了企業(yè)核心競爭力的概念，企業(yè)核心競爭力是指企業(yè)獨具的，支撐企業(yè)可持續(xù)性競爭優(yōu)勢的核心能力。廣義而言，企業(yè)核心競爭力內(nèi)容有資源核心競爭力、技術(shù)核心競爭力、人才核心競爭力、管理核心競爭力、企業(yè)文化核心競爭力等。企業(yè)核心競爭力具有三大特征：價值性、異質(zhì)性和延展性。如何打造和構(gòu)建企業(yè)核心競爭力。
本文論述企業(yè)人才核心競爭力的概念，核心人才是指創(chuàng)造業(yè)績及公司發(fā)展最有影響作用，并在某方面不可代替的員工。闡述人才核心能力是企業(yè)核心競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素，如何留住核心人才，加強企業(yè)核心人才的管理模式，防止企業(yè)核心人才流失，以增強企業(yè)核心競爭力。

【 The thesis summary 】 this text elaborated the concept of the business enterprise core competencies completely, the business enterprise core competencies mean that the business enterprise has only of, prop up the business enterprise and can keep on the core ability of sex competitive advantage.Broad sense but speech, the business enterprise core competencies contents contain resources core competencies, technique core competencies, talented person's core competencies, the management core competencies, the corporate culture core competencies...etc..The business enterprise core competencies has the three greatest characteristics:Value, differences and ductility.How create and set up the business enterprise core competencies.
     This text discusses the concept of the business enterprise talented person's core competencies, core the talented person mean to create the accomplishment and the company developments to have most the influence function, and in the some aspect not the employee of the commutability.The core ability of elaborate the talented person is a key factor of the business enterprise core competencies, how keep the core talented person, strengthen the business enterprise core  talented person's management mode, prevent°from the business enterprise core loss of talented people, to strengthen the business enterprise core competencies.
