摘    要

本設(shè)計(jì)論述了沖壓工藝的性質(zhì)、應(yīng)用,以及沖壓行業(yè)、沖壓模具行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢;通過對“前防塵罩”進(jìn)行了沖壓可行性分析和工藝計(jì)算,根據(jù)制件的特點(diǎn)通過綜合分析和比較得到最佳的冷沖壓工藝方案,并且選擇了各工序的沖壓設(shè)備;然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對“前防塵罩”的模具結(jié)構(gòu)、模具零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),編寫了生產(chǎn)流程工藝卡;最后對落料拉深復(fù)合模中的凸凹模零件進(jìn)行了模具制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)。在工藝設(shè)計(jì)的過程中,涉及到了沖裁(落料、沖孔、切邊)、拉深、翻邊、脹形、整形五種不同性質(zhì)的工藝。主要設(shè)計(jì)了落料、拉深復(fù)合模和沖孔模和翻邊模,闡述了其模具結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)行了凸、凹模刃口尺寸的計(jì)算及結(jié)構(gòu)的確定;并且以落料、拉深復(fù)合模作為重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了零件圖的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。認(rèn)為:該設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)可行、安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理、完全可以用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)。

ABSTRACT

This Project narrated the qualities and applications of stamping process, the actualities and the trend of stamping process industry and die industry; Through the stamping feasibility and the technology calculation for the “Former Dustproof Cover”, according to the characteristics of the element, it got the best stamping scheme by integration analysis and comparison , and choose the stamping equipment of the each process. Then on the foundation of this scheme, the structure and parts of dies for the “Former Dustproof Cover” was determined. Then, a process card was filled. At last, it designed the manufacture method about a punch-die of the blanking , drawing compound die. In the process of design, five different stamping processes was involved , such as stamping, drawing, edge-turning, bulging and face lifting. The blanking, drawing compound die and the edge-turning die were mainly designed, the structure and principle was explained; and the blanking, drawing compound die was emphasis, which was designed particularly. It believed that the feasibility, the security and economical efficiency of this plan was all so feasible that can be used for guiding manufacture.
