摘要
擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)具有同時(shí)嚙合齒數(shù)多、誤差平均效應(yīng)顯著、傳動(dòng)精度高、無柔性構(gòu)件、扭轉(zhuǎn)剛度高等突出的特點(diǎn),近年來在精密傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域受到了廣泛關(guān)注。應(yīng)用微分幾何和齒輪嚙合原理,開展新型擺線包絡(luò)行星精密傳動(dòng)的嚙合理論研究,對(duì)于揭示其嚙合傳動(dòng)的實(shí)質(zhì)、提高傳動(dòng)的性能等具有重要的理論意義和工程實(shí)用價(jià)值。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:
①討論了擺線包絡(luò)行星傳動(dòng)的嚙合原理。根據(jù)齒輪嚙合原理的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)法,由針齒齒廓及給定行星運(yùn)動(dòng)建立了適用于一齒差及少齒差擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)的擺線輪齒廓統(tǒng)一方程,詳細(xì)討論了擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)的正確嚙合條件,給出了計(jì)算公式。
②對(duì)擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理及特征進(jìn)行了闡述,針對(duì)該傳動(dòng)裝置的輸出機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行研究,分析比較了現(xiàn)有常用輸出機(jī)構(gòu):銷軸式輸出機(jī)構(gòu),十字滑塊式輸出機(jī)構(gòu),浮動(dòng)盤式輸出機(jī)構(gòu),零齒差式輸出機(jī)構(gòu)以及RV傳動(dòng)輸出機(jī)構(gòu)等的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。
③設(shè)計(jì)新的擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)裝置,即簡(jiǎn)支型浮動(dòng)盤式擺線針輪行星傳動(dòng)。這種裝置不僅結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)稱而且功能對(duì)稱,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)同軸同向的輸入輸出,減小轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承的受力,提高轉(zhuǎn)臂軸承壽命。

ABSTRACT
Cycloid Pin Gear Planet Transmission has a lot of advantages, which makes it been widely focused in Precision transmission area in recent years. The advantages are as follows: Half of the gear teeth are engaging simultaneously; the average effect of errors is obviously; high transmission accuracy; with no flexible component; high torsional stiffness and so on. The research on meshing theory of new cycloid enveloping planetary precision transmission is carried out according to differential geometry and gear geometry. It has important theoretic significance and practical value for revealing the essence of meshing and improving the characteristics of transmission, etc. Major contents of the thesis are as follows:
①Discuss the gear-meshing principle of cycloid enveloped planetary transmission. According to the kinematic methods of gear-meshing principle, Establish the unified equation of cycloid gear’s tooth profile which is fit for the cycloid enveloped planetary transmission that has only one tooth gap or just a few teeth gap, which is founded by the needle tooth that moves according to the given planetary motion. Then discuss the correct meshing conditions of cycloid enveloped planetary transmission, and give the calculation formula.
②Explain the structural principle and characteristic of the cyclonical pin gear planetary transmission, and especially studied on its output mechanisms. Analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the output mechanisms that were often used nowadays: pin types output mechanism, cross slider types output mechanism, floating disk types output mechanism, no tooth gap type output mechanism and the output mechanism of RV transmission etc.
③Design new transmission structure for the cyclonical pin gear planetary transmission, namely simply supported float disk type. This device is symmetrical both in the structure and the function, it can output the motion along the same shaft and directions, decrease the force of the rotary arm bearing, and improve its lifetime.
