摘 要
逆向工程技術(shù)是數(shù)字化與快速響應(yīng)制造大趨勢下的一項重要技術(shù),是CAD領(lǐng)域中一個相對獨立的范疇。逆向工程是一項開拓性、綜合性、實用性較強的技術(shù),逐漸成為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中不可或缺的一環(huán)。逆向工程能夠提高設(shè)計精度,獲得較高的模型質(zhì)量,縮短設(shè)計和制造周期,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,因此受到各國工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的高度重視。本文研究了逆向工程的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并應(yīng)用于玩具車覆蓋件的模型重建。
逆向工程的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括:數(shù)據(jù)獲取、數(shù)據(jù)處理和模型重建。通過對數(shù)據(jù)處理方法進行研究,得到數(shù)據(jù)處理的一般流程。根據(jù)根據(jù)玩具車覆蓋件的特點,采用逆向工程方法完成模型重建工作。采用ATOS I光學(xué)掃描儀高效率、高精度地完成玩具車覆蓋件的數(shù)據(jù)獲取工作。應(yīng)用CATIA軟件完成玩具車覆蓋件的數(shù)據(jù)處理工作,獲得完整、準確的數(shù)據(jù)以方便后續(xù)模型重建工作的進行。以CATA軟件和Pro/E軟件相結(jié)合的方法,充分利用軟件的優(yōu)勢,完成玩具車模型的重構(gòu)工作。
研究表明,采用逆向工程的方法完成玩具車覆蓋件的模型,可以獲得較高的模型質(zhì)量,提高效率,是一種行之有效的方法,具有重要的實際意義和較高的應(yīng)用價值。

Abstract
Reverse engineering, as a relatively independent category in CAD,is an im- portant technique in the tendency of digital and rapid response manufacture. Being pioneering, integrated and comparatively practical, reverse engineering has become an indispensable technique in product exploitation. Reverse engineering can enhance the precision of design, produce high quality model and shorten the cycle of design and manufacture. As a result, it holds out broad prospects for application and is thought highly of in both industrial and academic circles in many countries. The key techniques of reverse engineering are researched and applied to shroud model reconst- ruction of toy car in this thesis.
The key techniques of reverse engineering include: data acquisition,data processing and model reconstruction. By researching on the techniques of data processing, the general manipulation flow of data processing is explored. In light of the characteristics of shroud parts of motorcycles, the shroud model reconstruction of toy car is completed with reverse engineering. The data is collected with ATOS I optical scanner efficiently and accurately. The data processing of shroud parts of toy car is done with CATIA, which results in an integrated and accurate data convenient for model reconstruction. Taking advantage of the combination of Pro/E and CATIA, the shroud model reconstruction of toy car is conducted.
The research indicates that the shroud model reconstruction of toy car, completed with reverse engineering, is an effective technique, which can bring about high quality model and efficiency and have great actual and practical value.
