摘 要
本課題所涉及的單軌工作車(chē)是重慶市軌道交通三號(hào)線一期工程線路設(shè)施維護(hù)所需的專用單軌車(chē)輛。該工作車(chē)的成功應(yīng)用必能極大地方便重慶輕軌線路的日常維護(hù),保證輕軌列車(chē)安全、穩(wěn)定地運(yùn)行。
本文主要對(duì)單軌工作車(chē)的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,具體有三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容。
首先是工作車(chē)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)總體方案的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)該項(xiàng)目對(duì)工作車(chē)動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的要求,本文選取內(nèi)燃機(jī)作為動(dòng)力源,并配以液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)。液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)由變量泵、變量馬達(dá)和減速機(jī)組成。為保證運(yùn)行速度和雙向行走,工作車(chē)的驅(qū)動(dòng)方式采用前后輪同時(shí)驅(qū)動(dòng)。即液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的具體方案為:一個(gè)液壓泵+兩套液壓馬達(dá)和減速機(jī)。
然后,本文對(duì)工作車(chē)的受力進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算,并根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)各組件進(jìn)行選型。其中主要對(duì)工作車(chē)的整體阻力進(jìn)行了分析,并最終計(jì)算出最大的阻力功率。有了阻力功率就可以據(jù)此選擇內(nèi)燃機(jī)的具體型號(hào),接著就可以選出變量泵和變量馬達(dá)。最終,本文的具體選型結(jié)果為:動(dòng)力源選用濰柴WD12系列柴油機(jī),具體型號(hào)為WD12.390;變量液壓泵選擇A7V型斜軸式變量柱塞泵;變量液壓馬達(dá)選擇A6V型斜軸式變量柱塞馬達(dá)。
最后,本文對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)能力進(jìn)行了校核計(jì)算,同時(shí)計(jì)算了工作車(chē)的制動(dòng)力矩,并對(duì)工作車(chē)的制動(dòng)性能進(jìn)行了校核。校核計(jì)算的結(jié)果滿足工作車(chē)的動(dòng)力和制動(dòng)要求以及附著條件。

ABSTRACT
The monorail working vehicle, which is involved with this subject, is an special single track vehicle for the maintenance of the establishment of the NO.3 light rail line's first-stage construction in Chongqing. The successful application of the working vehicle can certainly make the daily maintenance for Chongqing's light rail line more convenience, as well as ensure the light rail train operate safely and steadily.
This article mostly research the power system of the monorail working vehicle,and including three aspect as follows.
First of all, this paper analyses and designs the general planning of the working vehicle's power system. According to the requirement of the power system, this article choose internal-combustion engine as the power producer, and matching with fluid power system. Fluid power system is formed of variable displacement pump, variable displacement motor and reductor. In order to satisfy the speed and two-way move for the working vehicle, a type of drive, which drive fore-and-aft wheel at the same time, is adopted for the working vehicle. So that the scheme of the fluid power system is: one hydraulic pump with two hydraulic motor and two reductor.
Then,the article analyses and computes the force that the working vehicle get, and base on the result to select the type of power system's subassembly. This paper mostly analyses the whole resistance on the working vehicle, and finally figure out the maximal resistance power. With resistance power, the specific type of internal-combustion engine can be fixed on, and then the type of variable displacement pump and variable displacement motor can also be fixed on. Finally,the type selected in this paper is: Power producer is WD12 diesel engine,the particular type is WD12.390; The type of variable hydraulic pump is A7V, which is taper shaft variable plunger type pump; The type of hydraulic motor is A6V, which is taper shaft variable plunger type motor.
Lastly, the article have checked the driving capability of the power system designed in this paper, and also computed the brake torque of the working vehicle, as well as the checking of its braking performance. The result of the checking fulfil the power and braking requirement, and also accord with the accreting force condition.

ABSTRACT
The monorail working vehicle, which is involved with this subject, is an special single track vehicle for the maintenance of the establishment of the NO.3 light rail line's first-stage construction in Chongqing.
