摘 要
本論文研究與設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是輕軌工作車移車臺(tái),綜合機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì),機(jī)械制造,機(jī)械原理,理論力學(xué),工程制圖等相關(guān)學(xué)科,對(duì)大學(xué)幾年的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。依托于重慶輕軌三號(hào)線,針對(duì)輕軌車場(chǎng)維修基地工作車移車臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)。本文重點(diǎn)介紹了該設(shè)備原理方案的研究與設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,主要機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程和設(shè)計(jì)方法。
輕軌工作車移車臺(tái)是一臺(tái)車場(chǎng)維修基地專用運(yùn)輸機(jī)電設(shè)備,使工作車能在各軌道間完成平行切換,是工作車車庫(kù)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外在建的軌道交通多樣化,如上海、武漢的輕軌采用的是高架式鐵軌運(yùn)行,重慶采用的是跨坐式單軌膠輪運(yùn)行,本文研究與設(shè)計(jì)適用于后者。
移車臺(tái)主要是由驅(qū)動(dòng)走行裝置、車架、工作車限位器、插銷對(duì)位裝置、側(cè)部止擋器、工作位置及故障接近開(kāi)關(guān)、電氣系統(tǒng)級(jí)操作臺(tái)等部分組成。由于本科學(xué)習(xí)能力有限,本文只針對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)走行裝置、車架、工作車限位器、插銷對(duì)位裝置、側(cè)部止擋器進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)。借鑒單梁橋式起重機(jī)的工作原理來(lái)進(jìn)行移車臺(tái)的原理與機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。
車架主梁即承載梁采用箱形梁,截面形式與輕軌PC梁截面相同;驅(qū)動(dòng)走行裝置采用分別驅(qū)動(dòng)——兩套三合一(電機(jī)、減速器、制動(dòng)器)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,與主動(dòng)輪采用空心軸裝式聯(lián)結(jié);行走方式采用的是軌道——車輪形式;止擋防護(hù)采用的是四組聚氨酯類緩沖器,分別安裝于兩根端梁的兩端;工作車限位機(jī)構(gòu)和插銷對(duì)位裝置以保證工作車的安全運(yùn)行。

ABSTRACT
The mobile platform is studied in the paper, based on mechanical design, machinery manufacturing, mechanical theory, engineering drawing, theory of mechanics, and other related disciplines. It can inspect my study in my university years. This paper relies on Chongqing light rail line 3. The mobile platform studied in the paper is a kind of specific equipment for the monorail and bestride light rail. This article focuses on the principle of equipment for research and design process, the design process and design methods of the principal organs.
Mobile platform for working truck on light rail is a depot maintenance base for the mechanical and electrical equipment. To ensure the working truck can switch in the different tracks. It is a pivotal equipment of working truck garage.
The mobile platform comprises bodywork, drive and running device, working truck restrict-position device, malfunction oncoming switch, limit switch, bolt contrapuntal device and electrical system. Because of the limited capacity of undergraduate study, I only go to bodywork, drive and running device, working truck restrict-position device, malfunction oncoming switch, limit switch, bolt contrapuntal device for a detailed study and design. From single-girder bridge crane to carry out the design of the principle and framework of mobile platform for working truck on light rail.
The bodywork girder uses box girder, its section is the same as PC girder. Drive and running device adopt two sets of three-in-one (motors, reducer, brake) driver. The mode of locomotion is railway- wheel mode. All kinds of protective device make sure mobile platform safe running.
