摘 要
鎂及其合金以其質(zhì)輕、鑄造成形性能優(yōu)異的優(yōu)點(diǎn),有著很好的應(yīng)用前景。但是鎂的化學(xué)性能活撥,與氧的化學(xué)親和力大,氧化后形成氧化膜疏松,導(dǎo)致鎂及其合金易于發(fā)生持續(xù)的氧化至燃燒,甚至爆炸。因此,鎂及其合金在高溫下必須采取有效的阻燃保護(hù)措施。
本文研究的重點(diǎn)是對(duì)HFC-125(以N2+CO2作載流氣體)在不同溫度下(700 ℃、725 ℃和750℃)對(duì)AZ91D鎂熔體的阻燃保護(hù)效果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)考察;還對(duì)HFC-125在高溫下對(duì)熔鑄坩堝材料(碳鋼-無(wú)Ni不銹鋼)的腐蝕性進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,在三個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度下,總存在一個(gè)HFC-125的最低濃度值,當(dāng)保護(hù)氣體的HFC-125濃度大于這個(gè)值時(shí),鎂熔體不發(fā)生燃燒,即阻燃保護(hù)有效;當(dāng)?shù)陀诖藵舛戎?,鎂熔體則發(fā)生燃燒,阻燃保護(hù)無(wú)效。同時(shí),在高溫腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),HFC-125(以N2+CO2為載流氣體)對(duì)碳鋼腐蝕相對(duì)較為嚴(yán)重,但對(duì)無(wú)Ni耐熱鋼的腐蝕較輕。
上述實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明:HFC-125是一種很有潛力的鎂熔體保護(hù)氣體。

ABSTRACT
Magnesium is the lightest of all structural metals, at the same time it's good performance at casting forming, as result magnesium will be widely used in future. But molten magnesium oxidizes so rapidly even explode that it is necessary to be protected during casting and handling.
The effect of HFC-125 to protect the AZ91D melt is studied in three different temperatures(700 ℃、725 ℃ and 750℃); Also, the causticity of HFC-125 to the experiment of the crucible is studied in high temperature. As the result shows, in three different temperatures, there is always a lowest concentration of HFC-125 that once the concentration of protect gas is over, Mg melt will not burn, that mean the protection is in effect; or else ,Mg melt will burn, and the protection is not in effect. At the same time, in another experiment, it’s found that HFC-125 has heavy corrosion to carbon steel, but has a feeblish corrosion to the non-Ni stainless steel.
So, HFC-125 has a deep potential in protecting Mg melt as a cover gas.
