ABSTRACT
The wind-board of air-conditioner is an important component inside the air-conditioner, it is between the upper side of the fan and the lower side of the plate body. The wind-board is a litter larger; there are some holes on both sides of the body panel. A number of gaps and vertical edges surrounding the wind-board. It demands that the high-low deflection of its periphery not too big. These features of the wind-board make the forming process complicated and the processing plans various.
This paper analyses the features and the stamping process of the wind-board of air-conditioner. According to the theoretical knowledge of stamping, this paper analyzes and compares its forming processes plans. Use of numerical simulation, wind-board forming process is simulated. According to the analysis of the simulation results, this paper forecasts possible vulnerabilities, so as to take measures to avoid defects in the actual production process. The paper designs forming die and blanking-piercing compound die use of the knowledge of mould design. calculates the key process parameters and corresponding working size, accomplishes assembly drawing of forming die and blanking-piercing compound die, as well as part drawing of key accessories in the dies.
