逆向工程技術(shù)是數(shù)字化與快速響應(yīng)制造大趨勢(shì)下的一項(xiàng)重要技術(shù),是一項(xiàng)開拓性、綜合性、實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的技術(shù),逐漸成為新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)中重要的一環(huán)。逆向工程能夠提高設(shè)計(jì)精度,獲得較高的模型質(zhì)量,縮短設(shè)計(jì)和制造周期,具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景,因此受到各國(guó)工業(yè)界和學(xué)術(shù)界的高度重視。
本文研究了逆向工程的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括數(shù)據(jù)獲取,數(shù)據(jù)處理和模型重構(gòu)。簡(jiǎn)述了各種測(cè)量方法的基本原理,分析其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),提出了數(shù)據(jù)采集方法的選擇原則。研究了數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù),提出了數(shù)據(jù)處理方法的選擇原則。闡述了曲面重構(gòu)的方法及流程。運(yùn)用德國(guó)ATOS掃描系統(tǒng),結(jié)合企業(yè)項(xiàng)目,完成美國(guó)房車空調(diào)下外殼零件的掃描,獲取了該零件的數(shù)據(jù),并做了相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)處理,得到下外殼零件的完整點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)。最后利用UG軟件完成了美國(guó)房車空調(diào)下外殼模型的數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了利用逆向工程進(jìn)行零件反求設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)越性。

ABSTRACT
Reverse engineering is an important technique in the tendency of digital and rapid response manufacture. Being pioneering, integrated and comparatively practical, reverse engineering has become an important technique in product exploitation. Reverse engineering can enhance the precision of design, produce high quality model and shorten the cycle of design and manufacture. As a result, it holds out broad prospects for application and is thought highly of in many countries.
The key techniques of reverse engineering, including data acquisition, data processing and model reconstruction, are researched. Firstly, the fundamental principles of various kinds of measuring methods are described, the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the principle how to choose the methods of data acquisition is proposed. Secondly, the principle how to choose the methods of data processing is proposed on the base of the research on the techniques of data processing. The methods and the flow of surface reconstruction are described. Taking use Germany ATOS scanning system, combining enterprise projects, completed lower outer housing of Air conditioning on U.S. scanning, access to the parts of the data and the corresponding data processing done by parts of the point and creat integrated cloud data. Taking the advantage of UG, the model reconstruction of lower outer housing of Air conditioning on U.S. is constructed. Reflects the advantages of reverse engineering to parts reverse design.
