本論文的目的是通過對長安之星二代汽車中門焊接生產(chǎn)線的分析、研究。利用計算機模擬焊接生產(chǎn)的過程。通過動畫的形式模擬出焊接生產(chǎn)中:夾具夾緊順序及其運動過程,零件裝夾順序,焊鉗焊接順序,焊接設備工藝參數(shù)。長安之星二代汽車中門的焊接生產(chǎn)線的工藝布局在中門焊接過程中起著重要的作用:包括焊接過程中中門的定位夾緊,保證中門零件之間正確的裝配關系,同時保證中門焊接質量及焊接過程的順利。并且盡量縮短中間的輔助工序的時間和精簡設備,減少企業(yè)的投資,使企業(yè)具備更強的競爭力。
焊裝夾具對于中門焊接具有重要意義,焊裝夾具必須保證中門焊接后能獲得正確的幾何形狀和尺寸, 尤其是保證中門上門窗等孔洞的尺寸和形狀,焊裝夾具應動作迅速, 操作方便。焊裝夾具的設置應便于施工, 有足夠的裝配、焊接空間, 不能影響焊接操作和焊工觀察并且夾緊可靠, 剛性適當。
長安之星二代汽車中門使用的材料是低碳鋼薄板?,F(xiàn)行的焊接方法中汽車工業(yè)的薄板焊接主要使用的是電阻焊技術。長安之星二代汽車中門的電阻焊全是電阻點焊。因此對點焊的工藝參數(shù)分析至關重要,電阻點焊的工藝參數(shù)包括焊接的電流,壓力,通電時間,維持時間,休息時間。長安之星二代汽車中門的焊接設備是懸掛式點焊機DN3-160。DN3系列懸掛式點焊機的焊接變壓器,一般都是懸掛在空中,通過柔性電纜與焊鉗或反作用式焊槍相連結,這種變壓器決定了懸掛式點焊機可以使點焊在一定空間內(nèi)的任意位置進行。此外,懸掛式點焊機的焊鉗、焊槍有多種結構形式供選擇,所以懸掛式點焊機在本次中門的焊接生產(chǎn)中非常適應。
