摘 要

本論文的目的是通過對(duì)長(zhǎng)安之星二代汽車中門焊接生產(chǎn)線的分析、研究。利用計(jì)算機(jī)模擬焊接生產(chǎn)的過程。通過動(dòng)畫的形式模擬出焊接生產(chǎn)中:夾具夾緊順序及其運(yùn)動(dòng)過程,零件裝夾順序,焊鉗焊接順序,焊接設(shè)備工藝參數(shù)。長(zhǎng)安之星二代汽車中門的焊接生產(chǎn)線的工藝布局在中門焊接過程中起著重要的作用:包括焊接過程中中門的定位夾緊,保證中門零件之間正確的裝配關(guān)系,同時(shí)保證中門焊接質(zhì)量及焊接過程的順利。并且盡量縮短中間的輔助工序的時(shí)間和精簡(jiǎn)設(shè)備,減少企業(yè)的投資,使企業(yè)具備更強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
焊裝夾具對(duì)于中門焊接具有重要意義,焊裝夾具必須保證中門焊接后能獲得正確的幾何形狀和尺寸, 尤其是保證中門上門窗等孔洞的尺寸和形狀,焊裝夾具應(yīng)動(dòng)作迅速, 操作方便。焊裝夾具的設(shè)置應(yīng)便于施工, 有足夠的裝配、焊接空間, 不能影響焊接操作和焊工觀察并且夾緊可靠, 剛性適當(dāng)。
