摘要

在汽車制造業(yè)發(fā)展如此高度的今天，國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多行業(yè)都有自己先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)工藝，然而我國(guó)在這方面的技術(shù)處于落后水平，尤其是汽車制造屬于我們的相對(duì)弱項(xiàng)。
轉(zhuǎn)向器是汽車轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)中的減速增矩傳動(dòng)裝置，其功用是增大轉(zhuǎn)向盤(pán)的力并改變力的傳遞方向。本文簡(jiǎn)要的介紹了汽車轉(zhuǎn)向器的工作原理，同時(shí)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向器殼體的加工工藝特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)要求做出了初步的分析，按畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的要求，完成了制造毛坯、擬定工藝路線、確定各個(gè)工序的時(shí)間定額及工裝夾具的設(shè)計(jì)等一系列任務(wù)。
在通過(guò)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)向器殼體結(jié)構(gòu)的觀察和比較各種加工方法的基礎(chǔ)上，重點(diǎn)介紹了幾道工序的加工方式和加工時(shí)間、定位方案及具體到夾具的選擇。本文中采用的是傳統(tǒng)的加工方法，但在今天的實(shí)際應(yīng)用當(dāng)中仍然具有其應(yīng)用價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT

In automotive industry development so high today, the domestic and foreign many professions all have oneself advanced production craft.However, our country is in backwardness level in this aspect technology, the automobile manufacture belongs to our relative athletic event in which one is weak in particular.
The diverter is in the motor turning system deceleration increases the moment transmission device, its function increases the steering wheel the strength and changes the strength the transmission direction.This article brief introduction automobile diverter principle of work, simultaneously has made the preliminary analysis to the diverter shell processing craft characteristic and the specification, in the project description stipulation and under teacher's instruction, completed the manufacture semifinished materials, has drawn up the craft route, determined each working procedure the time norm and the work clothes jig design and so on a series of questions, in through and compared each processing method to the diverter shell structure observation in the foundation, introduced with emphasis several working procedure processing ways and the process period, the localization plan and made concrete to the jig choice.In this article uses is the traditional processing method, but still had its application value middle the today practical application.
